CreaDyl,No-Beta, Testx6 Log
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?p=408562691#post408562691
Training experience (as much detail as possible): 2 years of "casually lifting". In other words, i did not know what i was doing. Since 2 Summers ago, i took a concsious effort to better myself with a workout journal on this site (in signature). Although i have done that, i still was unaware at what i was doing. Last March, i took it very VERY seriously and was couting calories and all the jazz. I managed to jump down from 180lbs - 155lbs (a drop of a good 8-10% BF, have pictures) from March - July. Since July to now, i have been steadly increasing my overall weight up to a solid 168lbs whilst still keeping a reminiscence of my abdominal outline, which is a good thing for me because i store a majority of my bodyfat on my midsection.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): Day 1 - Power Upper (Consists of presses and rows in a 5x5 format with my last set being heavier than last week)
Day 2 - Power Lower (Consists of squats and deadlifts in a 5x5 format with my last set being heavier than last week)
Day 3 - Rest (If the weather is nice out or if i am not destroyed by my workouts (DOMS), i will perform some sort of cardiovascular exercise for general heart health)
Day 4 - Hypertrophy - Chest/Biceps/Triceps (Consists of lifts towards those body parts in a 2x10 format with each set being a heavier weight than last week, if available)
Day 5 - Hypertrophy - Shoulders/Back/Traps (Consists of lifts towards those body parts in a 2x10 format with each set being a heavier weight than last week, if available)
Day 6 - Hypertrophy - Legs/Calves/Abs (Consists of lifts towards those body parts in a 2x10 format with each set being a heavier weight than last week, if available)
Day 7 - Rest (If the weather is nice out or if i am not destroyed by my workouts (DOMS), i will perform some sort of cardiovascular exercise for general heart health)
If you want my information on the specific types of lifts i perform, my journal is in my signature.
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): Day 3 and Day 7 (refer to above)
I normally perform intervals of jump rope if it is nice outside. If not, i will hop on the treadmill and perform a short session (10-15mins) of HIIT.
Current Pre-workout Supplement(s) (give details if you don't have any): LG Anadraulic State
Goal for this log, what do you want to accomplish?: Breaking some strength plateaus. More specific, Squats and deadlifts.
Why do you want to use Creadyl? Why should I pick you?: 1) I never really tried a designer creatine and would really like to try it
2) I will provide a log similar to the ones posted below.
3) It's Free (hey im being honest )
Training experience (as much detail as possible): 10 months
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): monday=deadlifts and legs, tuesday=chest abs, wednesday=arms, thursday=rest, friday=back shoulders traps
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): 30 min jog twice a week plus jujitsu monday and wednesday
Current Pre-workout Supplement(s) (give details if you don't have any): no prework supp right now, jus protein
Goal for this log, what do you want to accomplish?: increase some mass reach my goal of 185 maybe and add weight to all my lifts
Why do you want to use Creadyl? Why should I pick you?: why wouldnt i want to use creadyl and why wouldnt you pick me? thats what i want to know. lol i want to use creadyl because it seems to be a very effective creatine to use, i am a little creatine resistant and this promises to work for everyone so i would love to try it out. you should pick me because i have always been looking for that good supps to boost me in my gains and if it works like it says it does then trust me ill make sure everyone else knows that too.
Other product reviews / logs you have done (with links): this will be my first
I agree to start my log on ___asap__________________
Will you post "Before" and "After" photos (yes or no): definently, theyre the most exciting
Training experience (as much detail as possible): I lifted for about a year and a half back in college, stopped for a few years, and then last summer I picked it back up. I spent about a year just lifting weights, not paying too much attention to it. I ran across this site when my friend mentioned p90x to me and I was googling it. Once I found this site I got really into weight lifting, went on a cut for a few months, now I'm trying to bulk up some and doing great.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): 5 times a week right now. I have three routines that I do - chest/bicep, leg/triceps, back/ab/shoulder and I rotate them out. I also go to this muscle pump class which is full body, lighter weights, and more endurance / resistance.
I may get into some martial arts / mma training soon which would increase my activity quite a bit, so I may drop the heavy weight lifting down to 4 days again and pick up a few additional training sessions.
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): I run a mile before I lift. I try to get around the 7 minute mark, sometimes less if it's not around a leg day.
Current Pre-workout Supplement(s) (give details if you don't have any): I don't use anything pre-workout, I am logging SizeOn right now, which I use during my workout.
Goal for this log, what do you want to accomplish?: I enjoy logging. It's a great way to see improvement and make it known to people. It also helps the companies out with the products that I'm using so people that are interested can see how well the products work.
Why do you want to use Creadyl? Why should I pick you?: I'm interested in new products and trying different things. Seeing how different products compare to one another.
Other product reviews / logs you have done (with links): SizeOn V2 - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=119885021 - More "about me" things can be found in the first post, plus some pics, and then my workout routine in detail.
I agree to start my log on Nov. 28th. I currently have a SizeOn log, and I have 14 packets of it left. Which should go till about the 28th if I keep up the 5 days a week routine.
Will you post "Before" and "After" photos (yes or no): Yep, I've got progress photos since early summer too.
