Okay, I need to start controlling my bodyfat
It's going up to 16% and over now gradually.. I need to continue gaining but I definitely need to start lowering it as well.
Ideas on how to do this? Maybe add 30 minutes of walking cardio everyday?

Its really hard to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time either cut or keep bulking but reduce your cals or do some cardio.

lower your intake a couple hundred cals.

If i keep bulking but do a bit of cardio can I expect to lose a bit of fat and continue gaining weight?

If you continue to gain muscle but not fat your bf% will go down. You won't have any less fat on you but still.

But I thought excess cals is the only way to gain muscle.. and you HAVE to gain fat. So how can you gain weight but NO fat?

Well If you put on muscle at a gradual rate, and put on minimum fat, your BW will increase, but if you have put on a small amount of fat then your bf% would of decreased due to the amount of muscle you have put on, make sense?

People call this a "clean bulk" which is rubbish,even if you eat 2500k with "clean" foods compared to 2500k with "dirty" foods its still the same kcals so you will put on weight at the same rate, a "clean" bulk is essentially a slow gradual bulk, its not about how clean the foods are then its about simply your calorific intake

Okay thanks man reps. I have 6 months until I'm 16 and I wanna be 170 lbs on my 16 birthday..
This morning I was 164 but I'm getting a higher bf. Do you think it'd be possible to get to like 10% bodyfat at 170 at 16 years old? Or something like that?
What sort of foods should I replace? Maybe buy some whey (lower cals more protein)?

lolz i eat "dirty" foods on a regular basis, my breakfast this morning, 4 rations of bacon, 4 pancakes, and a 600k shake, as long as long as you don't eat too far over maintenance and get your macros in, it doesn't matter the protein has to of some quality though, i keep fat low and put on mass. my bf has dropped in the last 4 months whilst putting on weight

I hit my weight target one month early and now I can see why, so I've cut down by about 200 cals and am going to continue bulking. Imo would rather be 5lbs off where I want to be than at my target and with a higher bf which means you just have to cut longer anyway. But gl with getting where you want to be

I've gone from 5'9 130 having no muscle mass, to 5'10 165 in a year. Sure I consider myself average, but who gives a **** if I've added 35lbs AND ALSO kept the same BF?

OP, I only been lifting for 2 months I'm in no spot to give advice but I share what worked for me. I started at 5,11 130LB I am 150LB 3 months later and about 9-10% Body fat. I was only intaking about 500+ Over and I am still lean and gained a good amount of muscle.
