Subbed.
I see you use the DC method for calves. Have you ever done/plan to do a full on DC cycle?

i shoulders look like they are coming along nicley, the fact that you have lats with a 46" waist really says allot about how much size you really have. most people your age would be bed ridden with a waist your size. if you manage to get your waist down under 40 inches your gonna have wings.

so today i had 2 radom people tell me i had big arms and how impresive it was, had a guy tell me id be a football beast and should play and i have the stregth to match anyone on the field etc.
and then im like 95% sure that a member of the st louis rams walked up to me and tell me that my dumbell front raises were really impresive, and then ask another member of the st louis rams why he isnt doing front raises with my weight etc.
i didnt know they were football players, but later on someone told me they were. and they were talking about playing football etc.
then when i was talking to a guy i knew at the gym he was telling me how people were talkig about how huge i was, and how they couldnt believe my age, and how they were flipping out when they saw me lifting.
talk about a ego boost! LOL
im sorry if i sound smug, i just had to tell someone cuz i felt like such a bad ass lol.
/brag
so anyway

didnt get the 100lb side laterals up high enough, but its still a PR. next week il use the 100's again and shoot for 6 but getting them higher up.
front dumbell raise
50x5
75x5
110x5 PR, il stick with these again next time aswell

didnt push hard on those at all, just got bored and did them.

this
although most people are willing to spot anyone, i ask people to spot me quite often and im nowhere near as impressive as you.
put it this was though, it feels awesome when one of the really strong guys in the gym asks you to spot him, this is from personal experience basically you'll make friends with all of them almost by virtue of being strong

il almost certainly give it a try at some point in the future, like most programs out there. got allot of years to screw around with different training methods still

i moved to a different state and know no one here, and also its bad for my gains.
but to be honest once i started lifting hard again, my smoking cut WAY back anyway because i wanted to make better gains.

to be honest i dont need any spotters, sure it would be nice to get a lift off on bench movements, or behind the neck presses, or some help with dumbells.
but the problem is most people dont know how to do this stuff without risking my injury.
if someone gives me a uneven lift off, or jerks the bar off the racks, or doesnt bring the bar out to the right spot before they let go, i could get seriously hurt.
and considering once i get used to a lift off, il be allot weaker without one, its just not worth starting.
back when i could bench 405x15 bouncing, i couldnt unrack 405 for 1 rep (while keeping my arch and such) without a lift off because i was so used to having a spot.
I hate having to rely on people, so for the time being il do without a spot.

yeah most people would give me a spot, but from past experience most people suck at giving spots.
i never thought about asking someone to give me a spot as a compliment lol.

I believe you man. Once I stop working so much, and have a job that I don't have so much responsibility in, ill be extra focused in the gym. I'm so ready for it, though. I do not doubt that I will increase my total another 200lbs next year if I can train like I want to(without interference).
And Blenderate is a beast.

I used to train at a gym with octagonal plates. Deadlifts were slightly annoying, but I still did them. The ROM will probably be a little more, but just think of it this way: when you finally get to use round plates, you'll be super strong off the floor.

i saw your numbers, and if you put 200lbs on your total on top of them you would be really damn strong.
just the fact that you could gain that kind of strength in a year while being as strong as you already are speaks loads for how far you could take your lifting. and if you got on some steroids at any point in your lifting career... lots of potential man.
just try not to get hurt and keep putting 1 foot infront of the other as often as you can.

very true, il definitley be deadlifting while im here (for 6 months) but the other thing i forgot to mention is my waist is too big to use my ideal pulling form lol.
id have to lose quite a bit of fat before i could pull right. so at the time the biggest reason im not pulling from the floor is that. but im strengthening all my deadlifting muscles so when i go back to deadlifting once my waist is normal sized, i should be plesantly surprised.

close grip bench:
i used a normal bench, with a lift off today. for some reason it just didnt feel right.
I didnt squeeze the bar hard, or keep my body tight. and for some reason i kept touching the bar higher than i wanted. probably a combination of poor form with beat up shoulders (causing me to touch the bar higher cuz they were still weakened)
i also rushed my warm up sets, i probably took less than 10 minutes before i was done with the exercise.
135x5
225x5
315x3
380x3 WEAK pissed me off bad
next time il go for 385x4 in my power rack where i dont need a lift off and can unrack it at the right height, take longer rests between warm ups, and keep my body tight as ****.
I WILL NOT HAVE ANOTHER ****TY CLOSE GRIP SESSION LIKE THIS NEXT TIME. PERIOD.
dips: bodyweight 365
2x5 bw
410x6 its a PR, i had more in me. next time il do another rep or two. Il with with a 45 on my waist until i can get 10 reps.
jm presses: on these i didnt want to go for 290x4 and miss a rep and be pissed off, so i started peaking all over again
135x5
185x4
225x15 PR
overhead extension
135x5
185x4
245x7 PR, the looked closer to behind the neck pullovers with a partial shoulder press lol.
incline dumbell tate presses
20x10
50x5
80x3-4, then i did incline bench and just lowered them in the tate press form x 4 reps.
weak sauce, but im not to upset about this. because i know when i put on my elbow sleeves il lift more weight. and that the extra volume and weight before doing these made me weaker. next time 80's again with elbow sleeves on.
ez bar skull crushers (bars bigger than a normal one, so lets call it 25lbs)
115x7x10
pushdowns
3-4x?
triceps were ****en huge after that workout, when i flexed i have never seen my arms that big before...
barbell curls
95x10x10-15 reps per set
rack pulls
315x5
585x10 had like 20, next time 635x10, then 675x10, then 725x10, then 765x10 etc etc
sooner or later il get heavy on these, and thats when il start packing on the mass.
barbell shrugs
495x20 next time 545x20 etc
hammer strength high row
5ppsx10
hammer strength mid row
5ppsx13
hammer strength super high row
3ppsx7
pulldown
stack x 2x15
calf raises on seated calf raise machine
45x10
70x10
90x10
115x10
135x10
160x10
180x10
rotator cuff
15x10
20x10
25x10
30x10
preacher hammer curls
20x10
25x10
30x10
35x10
40x10
50x7
dumbell wrist curls
20x20
30x15
40x10
50x7
i drank 3 cups of milk and ate a sandwich half way through, and then had chocolate milk and whey when i got done. gonna eat a ****load for the rest of the day. have a long long sleep.
taken 3-5 days off after this workout, my arms are probably gonna get noticabley bigger from this workout lol.

by the way andrew, i got a tape measurer.
arms: 21.5" cold, could get 22 cold if i lowered my elbow into my lat (left arm is smaller)
waist: 54" fat
legs: 35" cold
calves: 18.75 cold, measured flexed bent at 90 degree's sitting down.
my goals are 36" legs cold, 20" calves cold, and 23" arms pumped while keeping my waist under 55"
my goal is to get to 380 gym weight with a 55" waist, and then diet to 350 with a 50" waist, and then diet to 300 with abbs. 300 with abbs has been my extremley long term goal, i have wanted it for years. and i think by the time i get back to florida il have the size to get get there.
EDIT: so basically i need to put on 15lbs of muscle, and il achieve this by extremly heavy rack pulls, heavy wide stance box squats and romanians, and high rep high weight quad and lat work.

just the fact that you could gain that kind of strength in a year while being as strong as you already are speaks loads for how far you could take your lifting. and if you got on some steroids at any point in your lifting career... lots of potential man.
just try not to get hurt and keep putting 1 foot infront of the other as often as you can.
very true, il definitley be deadlifting while im here (for 6 months) but the other thing i forgot to mention is my waist is too big to use my ideal pulling form lol.
id have to lose quite a bit of fat before i could pull right. so at the time the biggest reason im not pulling from the floor is that. but im strengthening all my deadlifting muscles so when i go back to deadlifting once my waist is normal sized, i should be plesantly surprised.

200 lbs would put me close to a 1700 total, which would be a decent start to being really strong. The only reason I know this is possible is the fact that I've put almost 200 on my total in the last six months without having done all the things I could be doing.
I appreciate the support and positive comments from you, bro.
How do you feel after eating in the gym? I feel slow if I eat too close to my workout.

Babyslayer,
I implore you and Newbtime to at least give football a shot. Colleges often give scholarships on potential alone. I assure you everyone on a college team would be as devoted as you, you don't have to worry about "people who use football to babysit their kids". You never know, it could be your call to greatness, not that powerlifting isn't but with an NFL contract comes with a few zeroes attached. I guess it all comes back to the Sabbath thing though, and i guess it would be very hard to tell your dad that you want to skip Sabbath for a game, so it is kind of hard to put myself in your shoes.

eating in the gym today was pretty lame.
my ideal would be to just bring a half gallon of milk to the gym with me.

il look into it, if i go to college i will certainly play football.
but il only go into football if i can man up enough to start running and get some endurance, if i cant run a mile il never start playing football.

Lol wut? O-lineman will never need to run a mile. Your job would be to protect the quarterback from getting tackled, basically stand there, grab ahold of someone and push and jerk them around so they can't get to the quarterback. Also push those same guys out of the way in order for the running back to get through. Football is a game of explosiveness not endurance.

Still need some conditioning brah. I played o line and d line and we needed to be the most conditioned players on the team. Pushing people around the entire game is a lot more to recover from than sprinting down the field untouched.

That is one thing that sucks about being a lineman, you get ****ed up on every play. Babyslayer, don't worry about your knees, in college blocking someone going for the knees is illegal. That and you are going to be wearing enormous knee braces.
