Wow. Did NOT expect this much advice, support, and hope from anywhere. I usually lift HEAVY 3 days a week, but instead of Mon-Wed-Fri I was way too sore after wednesday so I cut friday and I'm hittin' saturday to not tear anything. Still 3 days a week. Just 1 extra 2 day.
Still eating great amount of calories and proteins (healthy made shakes too). Steady gains so far!

I'd hate to revisit this thread, when I got all my answers (ps still gaining, I guess eating really made a huge difference, +workout)
Now, I just need a workout plan. Since I can't follow Rippetoes. School gym only has machines (leg press, smith bench, calve raises, leg curls, flies, cables, the overhead bar cable, dips, pullups... and a few others) Also, they added dumbells finally. A roll of them. No bars to do squats or deadlifts just yet
Mon-Wed-Fri for right now!

dude i feel ya. my natural weight is between 120 and 125. I'm 5'11"!!! Sadly im back down to my natural weight (joined the military and after basic and tech school I didnt have much time to eat as much as I need or lift as often as I needed) but am just now getting back into it. I was about 135 I think im my pic, and it took like 8 months to gain that 10 lbs. but on a body like yours and mine, you can SEE 10 lbs haha.
Neway yea ur pics look like how I look right now and I am freakin STOKED to get back into the gym (starting tomm ironically enough). lift hard man, dedicate yourself in the kitchen too thats the hardest part for me. get rest and once you see the changes after 6 months or so you wont be able to stop if you wanted too haha.

That's good bro, hope you get back into it. I will always find time for lifting and I don't find eating alot and good (lean/healthy foods) too expensive. I am going to stay on it for good. If I can maintain weight 145-150 I will be happy. Which I heard the good thing is once you put it on, your pretty much used to working out and eating, and keeping it becomes easier! Can't wait.
Still need a workout routine.

hay my first post and am dedicating it to this thread ,
i have to say you have done some good progress already i am 6 feet just over maybe 6 feet 1 when i was 17 i was like you i think i was like 8 stone 4, i think i was a little more luckier when i started to bulk because i shot up to like 10 stone 4 in like 4 weeks but stayed at about that weight for about 3 years after than, i am now 24 at 12 stone 9
it will take time m8 and tbh being the weight you are i wouldnt personally worry about adding to much fat, because i know how it feels being under weight all of your life a bit of fat puts some confidence into you,
hope the bulk works out for you just keep us updated
also forgot to say might be an idea to measure your arms/legs/waist/forearm etc so you can see where your gains are, this info is also good for looking back on

debatable but you will have a much easier time gaining muscle than if you were chubby and trying to cut
