Yes!! I was in deadlift mode too and kicking butt...then I watched her do that front squat and it just sucked the motivation right outta me. I was thinking the same thing...I thought being able to front squat 125 was the ****!

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

I'm happy with that.

I hit a tire on the freeway tonight. It ripped my side skirt right off my mustang. I'm soo bummed I could just cry. The tire hit my rear fender too and scrape it but I think that can be buffed out. I'm trying to look at the bright side that it didn't do more damage then that. Not really seeing it.

50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

Time: 43:37

My last time was 56:50. So my time has improved a lot. I did pretty good on most and kept a steady pace til I got to the burpee's. I could only do about 4 at a time and I'd have to rest.

Normally the double unders are not that bad but by the end of the workout my arms were on fire. Wasn't pretty.

During my second round run my back got really tight. I knew if I kept going I wouldn't be able to move so I stopped right there.

Saturday:

15 Push Jerks 75#
15 L Pullups
5 rounds for time: 20:55

Did modified L pullups (jumping). Then ran a mile after. Felt good, back feels okay. Tomorrow is skills class....cleans.

Complete as many rounds as possible in twenty minutes of:
25 Burpees
Body weight back squat, 15 reps (115#....the body weight I want to be) :rofl:

I ran 2 miles for my warm up. I can't believe I'm about to admit this but I really am starting to love my morning runs. The coach was late...actually, she wasn't going to show up because she didn't think anyone was coming so I ran 2 miles instead of one. The 2nd mile felt really good. On to the workout.......

Got 3 full rounds and 18 burpees. My legs felt like jello. I hate burpees, this workout just sucked!! :ranting2:
