I finished my exams on the 4th woooot! 
Oh and hai guys, reporting in from Iran, Tehran. I am currently staying with at my uncles house before i head off to the camp tomorrow. So far its been good, its been 7 years since i was in Iran and let me tell you.....i haven't missed the driving here one bit! Its fukin crazy shiit here!
The plane trip wasn't the best, i barely got any sleep in the 14 hours and i kept bloody eating all the food they gave me lol. Fail cut is fail! Aw well i am back on track now and finally back on the cardio. Hopefully this continues and i lose a few more kg's! I am not far off my goal of 8%BF, however i have to keep at it, thats the most important thing.
Might not hear from you guys for awhile as i am not sure if the camp i am going to has internet or not. If not see you all when i get back on the 6/7th of Dec!
