Shipping problem!! I'm pissed!
Hey people, wanted to share my problem with you.
On 10.9. I ordered some myofusion, intrabolic etc and on 10.10. I've contacted customer service to check why my package haven't been shipped yet. Since I've ordered two different flavors of myofusion, one of them was out of stock so I talked to them to switch the flavor and they did. Also, they told me that it will be shipped in next 24h.
After that, few hours later I got shipping email saying that everything was shipped. Once again, I contacted customer service and they told me that I can expect package in 7-14 days because of international order and that everything was shipped.
Status of order on my order page was that it was shipped on 10.10. Few moments ago I've contacted customer service because I still haven't received my order after 26 days. Representative easily told me that my package WAS SHIPPED TODAY BECAUSE ONE OF THE PRODUCTS WAS ON BACKORDER! Is this some king of joke? I can't even describe how disappointed I am now! Now I have to wait for another 7-14 days(it's always around 20 days) which is over 45 days of my payment! Package was over 150$ in products and over 220$ with shipping! I am definitely going to write letter of complaint! And I order more than once in the past and this is how they handle their business???
