Ab Shockers!!!!!!
Alright, I lift 5+ times a week. I am not fat, but I am not ripped. I have good strong abs but it just feels like there is a layer of skin over them, mostly on the bottom.
I thought that getting and ab shocker belt would help. I try to do 10-15mins of cardio a day but it gets borring to be honest.
Anyone have any recomendations for a good belt to get? I saw a couple of them but they require gel pads and they wear out in like 3-4 weeks? and they are $15 each? Seems kind of ridiculous.
Anyway any help would be greatly appreciated!

They don't work. that is the reason for the "serious" question. If that crap worked, gyms and equipment stores would be all closed.
If you don't like cardio then your S.O.L.

Focus on your diet and heavy lifting first, add cardio if you want but it's not absolutely needed....diet is the main key to revealing your abs. There's no easy way around it.

You need to visit the nutrition subforum. Diet is the key to visible abs.

Many bodybuilders don't work their abs at all until they start their cut about 6-8 weeks before a competition. The moral of the story is that abs are a product of diet. Don't waste your money on that stupid belt.
