ok so misc brah's, are these the cliffs for better abs? I ask you guys over anyone else on this forums. My NYC crew keeps it real.
I want abs, but i dont want a BBer physique, something smaller and leaner than that. lean but with decent mass so I'm not a skinny fuuck. I definitely want to have dat dere Adonis Belt.
Cliffs?:
-compound lifts(deads,squats,shoulder presses,bench with bar)
-lowering bf% with what I eat in the kitchen
-HIIT cardio
-weighted isolation exercises
I'm starting to incorporate barbell bench on the smith machine, and alternate that with dumbell workouts.
As far as squats. I'm starting to move up from bodyweight squats to doing squats and lunges with 20lb dbs.
I do oblique twists with a weighted bar.
Do 30 mins of cardio after I lift. 10 before I lift and then 45 mins on the days I dont.
I do lying leg raises with a 10 or 15 lb barbell overhead.
Dieting down in the kitchen as well
Am I on the right track guise?

for the most part you are on the right track, but the first step is to get your diet in check man and eat the appropriate amount of calories a day depending on your lifestyle.
as for the cardio, I would not do it and adjust my diet because cardio can be very catabolic and not conducive to fat loss. If done right HIIT is great but witout a doubt anything over than 15-20 mins of hiit is ridiculous

muscle is what keeps ur metabolism up though. You wanna do this right because if you dont enough your hormones will get effed up and u will always be hungry after u are done dieting for close to 5 months. Trust me on this. Do it right and it will be great. Do not go below 15% of your total caloric intake without aas or u will start to lose more muscle than u would like

I dont have a spotter. That's why i do military press and behind the neck shoulder presses on there.
I dont train legs heavy because my legs are bulky enough as is. I stick to bodyweight squats, lunges, mountain climbers, high knees, carrioca...bunch of sh!t I learned from a friend whos a football coach.
Chest- I now alternate one day db/one day barbell(on smith machine), db decline everyday
Legs-what i said above
Biceps-Close grip EZ bar,Wide grip EZ, DB hammer and alternating. I pick 2 exercises per day.
Triceps-reverse grip french press, DB extensions
Traps-Upright Rows, DB Shrugs
Delts- Military Press/Behind the neck press on the Smith machine. DB shoulder presses Alternate DB and BB every other day
Back- Cable Rows, Lat Pulldowns, Lower back extensions. Just starting to incorporate Deadlifts.
Monday/Thursday-Chest,Tris,Shoulders
Tues/Friday-Biceps,Back,Traps
Wednesday/Saturday-Cardio/Leg workouts.

I woke up this morning did my regular routine and left for school (Pace University), boarded the N train and transferred to R. Trains seemed to run on a regular schedule and there wasn't any unusual overcrowding. I arrived at City Hall station at 10:20 A.M headed up the stairs and behold, literally thousandth and thousandths of people packed on the streets shouting, throwing toilet paper, pushing and chanting "Yankees.... Yankees"
Now the fun part starts... I'm desperately trying to get around the City Hall park in time for my morning class, but there is simply so many people that you cant even take a step without pushing someone. It took me 45 minutes to make it through the swarm of people to the end of the street just to find out that all exits have been blocked off by the police. I decided it was time to take serious measures and get to class, so I jumped over the spiked gate right into the City Hall park. I was immediately rushed by 15 cops and 5 guys in black suits screaming at me as if I had a gun or a bomb. They searched my bookbag and eventually let me go on the other side of the park by 1 P.M. It took me another 30 minutes to get through crowded street only to find out that my class has been canceled...
FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

If have no spotter either so i try as hard as possible to stick to DB, no spotter really needed, can't push the weight... just drop the weight. Plus you can just ask random people at the gym to spot you. Also if you just squat with like 135 it will not bulk your legs. But it will give it more of a work out then just body squats.

Lulz I like yor style bruh (nosteroiduser)
****ing time to get BIGGGGgg. I've been slacking alot lately and even though my lifts have been pretty decent I know they could of been better if I tightened up my diet. So I'm putting the diet back in check today...no more ****ing around. Keeping all my sets under 6-8 reps and switching back to a 3 day split.
BRB back day and I'm racking everything
