didnt get them anything. can't think of anything. maybe if something comes to mind. love the chinese burn one though.

but srsly aint been to bed yet. well actually i have, but i just got up cos i was watching teh news then shiit myself when the sport came. so just come down to read up on teh rugby and boxing. now im going back to bed!

morning
just got my eca stack  did order it at least 3 weeks ago tho fuk the royal mail...
going to start a 3 week mini cut this was a pic i have just taken will update in 3 weeks

think i am about 15% bodyfat want to get down to like 12 lol i do lose fat pretty easy so with this eca i hope i can do it

Its supposed to help boost your metabolism. So if you wanna maintain or lower your body fat levels, it should help.

well i am just doing a 3 week cut, what i am doing is when i get to about 15% bodyfat on a bulk is doing mini cuts to keep my bodyfat at a decent level insteed of doing one big cut for the summer.

Back looks bloody huge even from front shot, nice!
Today was supposed to be legs, but they haven't recovered fully yet, so looks like it shall be shoulders, overhead barbell press!

Alright lads, I have been away this week because I haven't had any internet in my house. Bloody Virgin Media, but I stil haven't got any. I am stealing one of my neighbours wireless connections so I dunno how much time I have on here. But what has everyone been upto this week. All my gym sessions have been amazing this week thank you deload weeks. Feel so relaxed and comfortabl, but can't wait to start my 4th cycle of 5/3/1 on Monday.

I'm with virgin media and in the past my internet always messed up, hasnt been as bad lately though. Used to steal my mums neighbours internet before they passworded it

holy crap, just woke up and still tired!!! absolutely drained. just downing a can of sardines then going back to sleep. what a waste. taking the rest of the week off i think. been about 6weeks since i had time off. plus legs are killing from thursday footy lol and i ache all over.
got a huge deadline for monday. just added up all my sleep from last night, 1:30am till 4:30, up cos some dick set the alarm off. slept again from 6:00 till 11:30 then 1:00 till 3:00. so 10 atm. gotta write a site report for the group by tonight - not good, not even started. hate group work as you put in huge amounts of effort and you always get lumbered with sh!t ppl to 'even out' the groups and even though they try hard, their work looks crap.

Just went to bed for a nap at 2.30, set my alarm for 3 so I wouldn't oversleep, can't remember if I woke up at 3 and shut off my alarm or if I just slept through it, FUUUUUUU
