Tried it a while back, wasn't a big fan of it. There are better gainers out there, or just get some whey and make your own gainer by adding natural PB, oats, fruits, etc.

You'll save a ton making your own as stated above. Don't look into weight gainers by companies because you'll use it up fast at the price tag and they really aren't even that good of profiles. If you really feel like sending the money, try Real Gain by universal or real mass by gaspari both waaaay better than up your mass

It's not just good ... it's freakin' great!
I always use Up Your Mass or Gaspari's Real Mass as my Gainers. I'm a big fan of gainers and believe they truly do have a place if used correctly.

yup, these are my two favorites as well. univ real gains is in top 3. I really liked both taste and texture of up your mass. I like real mass's profile better though, and taste is awesome. I just ordered a tub and they sent me a free 280g sp250 along with it.

I been rollin with the iso mass xtreme gainer these days. Its expensive but its 30 servings and if you just take two scoops in milk instead of the 3, its still freakin insane. I gat half a tub from a friend and plan on using this as my gainer in the future.

I liked it alot, it worked for me and I felt great through out, went from 192 to 212 on it.I just added it at my 3rd and 5th meal kept the workout and diet the same. Was hooked on the cinabon flavor. I need to look into the gaspari gainer.

Good profile even though they use soy protien isolate. MHP uses barley, oat and brown rice flour for the carb source instead of the cheap normal filler, maltodextrin.

Exactly! If i'm at home and need the extra calories, yes i'll make my own in a blender. But when I'm at work and need something between meals, i cant make one at work. I always have a tub of Up Your Mass in the back of my car at work. I've used Up Your Mass in the past and really liked it. Can't compare it to Real Mass or Real Gain cuz I haven't used them. I can compare it to Cytogainer and tell you that I got much better results from Up Your Mass. Just started my bulk and am using it again.
