Question Issue: Green Mag + White Flood pre... Purple Wraath Intra - Too much water

Hi guys,

I have finally started my GM + PW + WF stack and I am taking Torrent post and after one week wan't to share my feelings.

I noticed great focus and pump for the entire 1.5 hours of my training but it is hard for me to consume so much water with those shakes within 2 and 1/2 hours or so...

I am taking:
- 1/2 scoop of green mag + 2 scoops of White Flood pre (20 minutes before work out) = 22 oz.
- 2 scoops of Purple Wraath - intra = 30 oz of water
- 3 scoops of Torrent, 30 minutes after the training = 20 oz.

that's 74 oz. total.

I feel like I have little aquarium inside belly and it bother me when I do especialy squats, deds and etc.

Should I use less water for those pre/inta/post shakes or what?

PS Yes, I know that I suppose to take 1-2 gallons of water a day with those CL products and I do it thruout the day no prob.

Thoughts?

tbh, this isnt really that much water at all. you are having about 600ml water with the green mag and whiteflood. if anything you could tone it down to 300ml or so, but you should still consume a glass of plain water after that.

you are having 900ml intraworkout which isnt that much either. its a good amount. its only really a sip between each set.
with torrent you could use less water if the taste suits your needs, but this shouldnt matter coz you would have already finished your workout by now.

so, pretty much man up! lol. other considerations:
maybe take the pre-workout shake 30min before, rather than 20min.
piss more often

Interesting, that doesn't sound like much water to me at all (not even close to what I'd consider a lot)

i know what your going through.

i took alot less water than that with those supps and still felt bloated

jsut cut down the water until you get use to it.

i still only use about 8oz for WF and GM and about 25-30 for PW

imo your wasting your money also taking torrent, jsut take whey with some water pwo

When I feel bloated and uncomfortable doing deads and squats I walk over to the ab crunch machine and do about 15 reps and it makes me burp instantly. Multiple really long burps, I do it once or twice. Makes me feel sooo much better. Try it.

I'm drinking my mixture of WF & GM together with around 26 oz of water. I'm using one scoop of each for preworkout. I begin about 1 hour before heading off to the gym and it takes me about 45 min to drink it. I then head out to the gym with a 33 oz mixture of Purple Intrain & Wraath (ie, 1 scoop of each). This stack is really beginning to pay off for me as I'm starting to see some gains! Like the person said earlier; burping is the key!

Drink as much water as you need pre/during your workout. The key is to drink MORE water 1-2 hours before and immediately after. I find saturating my body with water a few hours before hand makes the difference.

you can do like 20 ounces with a full serving of wf and gm combined pre. 20 ounces with wraath intra, then 20 ounces with post. that is only 60 ounces.

also, look for a creatine free post product as GM gives you a full days worth

well i don't think that's even a normal water consumption lol and you are much heavier and taller than me
you should get used to it over time though
i drink a lot more than that and don't feel anything
i would actually suggest to drink more water due to the creatine

I'm currently taking WF, GM, PR, and GG. Best supplements ive ever used. I drink about 1.5-2 gallons of water per day(not including the water i get from food, etc). It's a pain in the ass, but CL products work so well that i think it's worth it. I piss so much it can get REALLY annoying, but it's a sacrifice that I'm happy making so far.

I drink a lot of warer during a day... 1 gallon minimum. It just hard to handle 70+ oz around and during work out time ~ 2.5 hours.

I'm currently taking WF, GM, PR, and GG. Best supplements ive ever used. I drink about 1.5-2 gallons of water per day(not including the water i get from food, etc). It's a pain in the ass, but CL products work so well that i think it's worth it. I piss so much it can get REALLY annoying, but it's a sacrifice that I'm happy making so far.
glad you are doing it, very good improvements can come when properly hydrated (just dont push yourself, consume only what you can get down easily)

Im kinda the opposite. its not the water thats the problem. I tried PI during and I couldnt stomach it. Prob the best tasting supp ive ever tried, but im a water only type of guy during my workouts.

Thanks all for your feedback and advises. Reduced the tolal amout of water today around my training by few oz only and it was a great feeling and awesome work out.
