I took several months off so I am not proud of this but man it makes me feel great right now. Going to work harder then ever this winter.

My goal is to get to the 200ish neighborhood by early summer. I train 7 days a week with intense cardio 3 days a week and just a regular cardio work out 4 days a week but bust my ass at the same time. So far so good I think but I will not give up until my goal is reached.
