Ok Im going to remain calm and civilized on this thread from now on. Sorry about he google thing.

I do agree high dosages of caffiene taking consisently over the long run can affect bone health and I also updated my post to say just once a month or before an athletic activity in which a person want to get a PR on which is the way I take it.

The avatar is from the 1960's, Jimi Hendrix it was re-used by U2 in the 1980's, so u r correct in both cases.

And if you are tryin to say I am OLD in comparision to you, I am. I am not trying to hide it.

Lol... I was referring to the person in the picture looking like they were born in the 1980's (in their 20's). I thought it was a picture of you, it was supposed to be a compliment.

Wrong.

It's not outright prohibited but it must be below certain levels or else trouble. That's a fact.

Got it. It's cool & I do appreciate you writing this.

I know that this is hard to comprehend but I do look like I am in my 20's body wise but I don't use it and pretend that I am a twenty something. I think it is abnormal for a person in there 40's to live in that kind of delusion.

If you look in my progress/photo section I have a few "regular" boring progress photo's there now and I will continue to post more as I go if you have any doubts.

ty for ur considerate post.
