will a little bulk speed up my weight loss?

my weight loss has slowed right down ive only lost 1kg in the last 20 days i was thinking a 2 week bulk should get my metabolism rolling again.

whats your thoughts?

I don't know the answer to your question exactly..

But I'm going to do the same thing once I stop losing on my current diet (do not want to eat less than 2100 kcals).

BTW nice mo'. I'm doing movember but I think it makes me look like a sex fiend. :|

thanks man that was for last years one i im growing another one right now its abit differnt though. dont worry i get told i look like a pedo all the time now
