This is my current routine, All exercises i go for a 6-12 rep range, first set ill do a weight i can do atleast 10 times, then second set something similiar, and 3rd set i do a weight where i can pump out atleast 6. about a 2 minute rest between sets.

Aim: To bulk up and get a bigger defined chest, bigger arms, some abs for when i cut and just an all round balanced physique. Also looking to improve my bench on the way, current 1rm is 80kg, my goal is to make it to 100kg for 1rm. Just wondering if anyone would change some exercises around? or supplement one exercise with another? and the thoughts on the days and how they are spaced/grouped?

Too much. Stick to something more simple. Read the stickies.

You might be able to make good progress on something like Starting Strength.

What are your weights for deadlifts and squats like?

I've only just started doing squats and about to get into deads, trying to get the form right for deads atm.
Squats usually about 70kg 10 reps first set, then 80kg 10 reps for 2 sets. did 100kg for about 8 reps, but didnt lower myself a whole lot, as it felt pretty heavy so ill just stick with 70-90kg for now with going deep and good form, then progress.

I'm new to squats and deads, tryna workout the right weight to start and all that, but really digging the squats, never thought id ever be actually keen for legs day lol. But damn do my quads and glutes hurt the next day.

Do you think its too much as in sets wise, or too much as in 5 days a week?

Yeh i've read and looked at some of the 5x5 routines, admittley havent tried them, but at the moment im happy with this as im seeing strength gains, been working out on and off for id say 3-4 years. nothing real serious but starting to get more into it now that i finally joined a gym! before it was just working out at home and i was limited to a little bit of bench, and barbell curls and stuff like that. now i can do squats, leg press, cables etc.

Keep It Simple Stupid

PS I am not calling you stupid it's just in the acronym

Workouts should be hard work but not complicated.
