This is set up with one of the giant Woodway treadmills we have here. For the bobsledders they attached a bar across the treadmill for them to push on. If you remove the safety magnet, the belt is free, so obviously you can get a sled pushing practice on the treadmill.
Did about 3 cycles in the sauna which felt pretty good.

I wanted to get my running done in the morning, but my sleeping patterns aren't back to where I want them. Once that happens I'll get my morning sessions going again.
Rope Climb:
Climb to top, slide down

Hold to failure
All arms, didn't use my legs, except on the slide down. That was an interesting change of pace, but that **** got all over me. Feels like pin pricks all over my stomach and legs where the rope touched. Fail.

Those were pretty hard, the speed started getting to me.
So yesterday I noticed my left triceps was pretty sore and slightly swollen so I decided to take some time off, then I woke up this morning and my left shoulder was bothering me. I said **** it, I'm just going to take the week off from lifting and focus on running to give my upper body some rest.

These were a lot harder than I would have wanted on account of the ****in volleyball. On the other hand I made an interesting observation: I've always done my low bar squats with a thumbless grip, but since adding in my oly lifts and high bar squats I can get a pretty narrow thumbed grip for squats. Feels good man.
