If I took pics of my awesome shoulders, would you send them to that hot chick you posted in msd's log? I do them in front, sitting down. The rack at the gym is specially designed for them, thus making the set up for them a little bit easier. BTW, lulz were had at my rep comment, hahaha!

Thanks brah! I was very pleased with how these went today. They seem to be either on or off as of lately, but I can't remember the last time they this good. 6 months ago I was struggling to get 3 reps of 135 for my last set, now I'm doing it 20 times for a drop! Very pleased with these
Agility Session
1 mile walk, 1 mile jog
Hill Sprints: 100 yards x 5. Jog back for rest.
One thing that sucks about daylight savings time is that the temperature drops faster than Mark Mangino's life expectancy past 4:30. It was light out when I started, but the sun went down pretty quick. I started to get cold in my cut off and shorts, so I jogged back in my cleats, which by the way, suck for jogging in.
New Split
I thought about this more, and I'd like to incorporate lifts such as hang cleans, power cleans, speed skater squats, etc in my workouts. I'm thinking about having upper and lower sessions rather than iso days. I would keep the core lifts while mixing up the auxillary lifts. In the meantime I would finish my workouts with a little bit of agility work or some ab work.
Next Competition
I'm going to run in the Turkey Trot 5k, which is in 4 weeks. I was running some pretty fast short distance times, and after this marathon biz, a 5k will feel like a sprint. My goal for this is under 20 minutes.
Goals
These are going quite well. You can refer to my body blog for the list of goals I set for myself in June. It's November, and I'm almost halfway through the list!

135: 5 185: 6 New PR, +1 rep 185: 5 205: 2 New PR, +20lbs 200lb MP Goal Achieved! 135: 20 New PR, +8 reps
I'm honestly much more impressed with hitting 20 reps post-205lbs than hitting 205, mostly because my last rep on 205 was with pretty bad form. First rep was good though. 185, on the other hand, I had excellent control, which I was amazed at. Even more impressive was my ability to keep pumping on 135. 3 PR's on one lift? Dayum!

SPEWED! It was a mixture of my pre-WO drink, Lucky Charms, and OJ. ****in sick. As soon as I walked out of the bathroom, I was greeted by a fairly attractive girl, whom smiled. Then in a split second, frowned when she realized what I did, haha.
Pretty solid workout despite all of the intoxication last night. Got a text from one of my friends this morning saying "you cracked my **** up last night!" Apparently I yelled "candy bar!" really loud when the fat chicks were the only ones out on the dance floor. Busted out my new sweater last night:
Workout absolutely killed me today. Still, I got after it, and spread the "step up your ****" effect. It's a lot more alpha than the Axe effect. I was curling more than a guy was DB bench pressing, so he decided to bump up the weight to 65's. Another guy was squatting 205 while I was doing it for Pendlays, and spectated while I busted out my reps. Then I upright rowed what another person was benching. They just looked at me like I was on roids, lol.

Haha despite my post-binge drinking emo moments, I can be pretty fun at the bars/clubs. There sooooo many stories of me getting out of hand and doing something hilarious. There was the time I fell in a 4 foot ditch, passed out at the bar, woke up naked on my guitar with vomit all around me, took a flaming shot and chased it with a shot of hot sauce, woke up in the basement of some random house, stole a bottle of maple syrup from some frat house and ran up and down the streets shaking it everywhere, and the list goes on and on.
Oh, and for you triathletes (okay, just SeanCC), this was the last time I rode a bike. 3 years ago, after half a fifth of vodka and 4 beers, I decided to take my friends' bike on a little joy ride.

Worked a double, so not completely a "rest" day. Today was just...weird....
1. There was a women that had tits so massive they had their own gravitational pull. I could almost feel myself getting closer and closer to her table.
2. A geeky dude with a smoking hot wife. To top it off...he had a WORLD OF WARCRAFT CREDIT CARD. Strong WTF. He gives me hope though.
3. A table tipped one of my co-workers with 3 bucks, a punch card, and a coupon for discount on tampons (co-worker is male).
4. Was walking out to my tables, and a fairly attractive blonde was licking her spoon, THEN looked at me and smiled. Probably just being a tease, but a BJ would have really cheered me up today.
Didn't have a break, so I basically worked 11 hours straight. On my break, I went and picked up a tub of Vassive C-5, which is a post-workout supplement. Can't wait to try it out!

WORKED A DOUBLE TODAY, MADE 40 ****ING DOLLARS. STRONG RAGING RIGHT NOW
1. Literally busted my ass for this old couple. Guy busts out a coupon, and then complains that his bill was too much. It said "up to $22" as in...on the pizza that he ordered. He wanted his buffet discounted too. After all of that trouble, and all of the stuff I hooked them up with...they tipped me 2 bucks....was super pissed.
2. Got cut 2 hours into my shift this morning. Only had 5 tables. Had to spend time helping everyone else out with their tables, because they were too busy talking to each other.
3. Had a table of cute girls...one of them stiffed me, and not in the way I would have preferred. Meh...the one that stiffed me wasn't cute. She can go stiff herself.
4. Very last table, had a couple of whales. They were really nice, so I thought I would get tipped well. Wrong. I got tipped 1 dollar, and had a message that said "text me sometime" with a number attached. Here are reasons why I will not hit her up:
A. Whale
B. Only tipped me a dollar.
C. Whale
D. Don't know any places that serve krill or plankton in the middle of Missouri.
E. Would not want to go in the middle of the Pacific Ocean for our date.
F. Whale
G. She said "text me"...come on, I have a sexy southern voice...who wouldn't wanna hear it?
H. What if someone called an airstrike while we were on land?
I. I'd have to do all of the damn tipping, b/c no way in hell would I give a server less than 5% gratuity.
J. It would suck to drive with her on the highway and have to stop at the truck weigh-ins.
I could go on and on, but I don't think there are enough letters in the alphabet for why I will not reply.
****ty weekend was ****ty. Going to put it behind me and put up some good numbers this week. I want to start this week off on a good note, so I'm going to hit up the good ol' hill tomorrow morning and do some sprints! After class, a date with chest/tri's!
