forearms hurt on the ulnar side in the forearm to upper arm connection area...took a phyiscal test at the FD on saturday that used them some while they were sore from workouts, so maybe just a slight bit of tendinitis? decided to avoid movements that used alot of forearm and hurt

How are those lat pushdowns with the rope? I've never tried that before? I suppose you can get a better contraction, since you can take you hands past your waist.
