Homo And Chocolate Milk Bad For Bellyfat?
I was told to cut down to skim milk which I did but I prefer using homo (insert jokes now) and chocolate milk for taste. I have about one cup of milk in each of my three daily protein shakes and about four throughout rest of day. Is this too much for belly fat?

No, I'm guessing the only reason someone would recommend this would be to avoid too many fat cals, which might contribute to belly fat(overall calorie intake).

Yh I was also wondering this but not in regards to fat; is skim milk better for bulking or whole milk (2%, 3%) ?? For bulking Id use whole milk to mix with protein shakes and chocolate milk with meals throughout the day
Good or bad idea for bulking?

More calories = Good for bulking, unless it becomes TOO much calories and just goes to your gut

Homo milk is homogenized milk, known as whole milk in the US.
The OP needs to eat a ton, and drinking homogenized milk will help. Hell, I drink a gallon a day of the stuff, 2400 calories and 130g of protein and easy and cheap as hell.
