Forget grams of protein per scoop. Maybe Wally world just has larger scoops. What matters is grams per lb. of product or better yet grams per $ paid.

True, maybe I will use the scoop that walmart gives me
to increase the protein content
the scoop they give you is clearly smaller

I don't normally worry about per scoop, etc. based on price. As long as it is reasonably priced I don't stress the small stuff. I'm not saying don't try and find a good price, I am saying just don't be too concerned, if they are all close go with the taste you like.
Really, think about it, I am sure there are ways everyone blows money everyday if you really want to save money.

And cheapest per gram of protein doesn't necessarily mean it's the highest quality protein you're getting.
BTW, anyone have any good recommendations on a brand of Casein?

Yeah. But I'm thinking about something with more of a protein-only profile. Milk is loaded down with sugars if it's lower fat. I usually have Cottage Cheese before bed, but sometimes you just want a decent slow-protein shake.

I dont know man protein is really expensive right now. I went down to walmart protein
until Mass gave me a link to this other place online which is really cheap (cheaper)
and tastes pretty awesome.

I know the link you are talking about, Turco got some of it but another flavor IIRC.
I use EAS whey protein right now, tastes good and I get it local from Sams club.
I was just saying get a reasonable price, but if its close go with the better tasting.
