Our schedules don't match up during the day, so we don't get to lift together often, but I enjoy it when we do!

You'll find almost no one is as into eating totally clean as a bodybuilder is. But just keeping himself in shape keeps him ahead of the curve...and in your eye

Lots going on this past weekend. Saturday morning took Mike to distribute bags for the Cub Scout food collection. Froze my arse off walking around for 2 hours - I was not properly prepped for what we would be doing. Then had a meeting for Mike's basketball season. Meet the coach and present the rules (they changed slightly from last year), etc. I am so psyched for that! Then had Kevin's birthday party at Chuck E Cheese yesterday. I don't think I sat down all weekend!

Morning! Alive, but sick. Kevin had a fever of 102 when I got home Friday. He got better for yesterday (thankfully - I had visions of being at Chuck E Cheese with no kid), but faded as the day went on. Morning! I am home with a sick kid today, so I am not sure if I will be able to make it to the gym (Bill is primary this week which means he will be buried in work). If not, I will get down on the treadmill. Otherwise, not too worried about it as my week + off starts tomorrow anyways.

Yeah, it's a mixed emotion watching him sick. On the one hand, I hate seeing him be less energetic. On the other hand, I enjoy him being less energetic. lol. He is very well behaved when he's sick. He's sitting her playing quietly with the toys he got at his party yesterday instead of tearing around like he usually would be. He's even looking for his big brother to play with!

Kadyn's the same way. I hate seeing him sick, but I love the cuddles.
And it always seems that I catch what he had right when he's getting over it. So he's back to his normal, full of energy self, and I'm dying on the couch....
Hope the family gets well quickly!

He's sitting here eating Mac and cheese, watching batman, wearing his crown from Chuck E Cheese surrounded by balloons. lol. We have had moon sand spread throughout the room and have quite the GI Joe/Secret Saturdays battle going on. I love watching him play!

That's the only way I know that Cypris is REALLY sick. He just wants to cuddle all day.
I think my immune system is finally catching up though. I don't get sick anymore when he does.
Sean on the other hand...lol. I won't ask him to watch Cypris anymore when he's sick. Plus I don't want him to get pooped on. AGAIN.

Sounds like Bill. Though it was the dog that pooped on him. But he does catch everything the kids bring home. Welcome to parenthood.

Yep! I have the advantage since I'm in contact with my son a lot more than Sean is. Although Sean's immune systems been getting better since working at the gym. I swear, more sh!t is floating around there than the daycare...

I am out of commission for at least a week. I had a mole removed from my foot today and I don't get the stitches out until next Weds.
