In on thread, just got my first tub of WF today, hit a new personal best on my bench press also, was good pump and great focus, slight tingles also which is always nice, no crash either.

Alright.. today i had a total of 2 scoops of WF.. (didnt take at same time) It woke me up and gave me a little more energy, not really what i expected though.

I'm guessing its b/c i i took each scoop an hour a part and i eat between scoops...

Tomarrow i'm going to take 2 at the same time and i'll let ya know what happens

i dont really like this product it made me extremely hyper and it made me have the feeling of being light headed like when you stand up to fast and when i started doing reps i felt like my heart was about to explode out of my chest it didnt work to well with me

No... i was tired when i took it and i was still tired after i took it..

Just tried it again.. 2 scoops. All I felt were tingles..

is 2 scoops not enough? Or is white flood just not for me?

WF was my first stim supp... only other pre work out i used is perfect carb and theres no stims in that.

Really weird.. I took 2 scoops and was not even energized AT ALL..I never used any stims before.. I thought i would be bouncing off the walls.
