Awesome workout today!! NO-Beta and CreaDyl really helped me get a kick ass workout in. No problems with anything. Only "pain" i have is when i go heavy on bench, on the decent my triceps feel like they are gonna rip off the bone but thats only on the 1st rep the rest is ok. Makes powerlifting hard. lol
The workout itself was amazing, i had so much energy, focus and drive. My muscles felt pumped, hard and each rep was a new level in pumpness.

Focus/Drive: 10/10
Mixability: 10/10
Taste: 9/10
On a side note, I contacted Maxrx about the whole NO-Betapill thing and he took very good care of me. I was extremly impressed with the quickness of his reply and the promptness of taking care of my needs. I had a great time tonight training with the powerlifters. These boys dont play! They move some serious weight. I felt like a chump next to these mass movers. lol I took my NO-Beta about 45min prior to training and CreaDyl as i walked in the door. Nice workout for sure.
I am now finally back in the 400's on my squat. It was the best feeling ever! I see 500lbs in my very near future. My goal is to hit 600lbs. I am sure that will take some time.
NO-Beta and CreaDyl did a fantastic job of helping me hit 400+. I am ready to se what more this combo can do!
Before bed everynight I drink a Casein proteinn drink, Higher Power brand... .....not a good tasting casein at all.. anyone got suggestions?

I'm using the ON PB/Chocolate.....its okay 7/10? Tastes most like PB than anything else
Got some UP2.0 choco/pb but its too expensive to use regularly
I want to thank Double T for taking care of my NO-Beta situation. They fixed it fast! I was very impressed with their responses and for correcting everything. It took less than a week for them to get a brand new bottle to my door from the moment i first emailed them about it. Thanks again Double T!

Decent little workout tonight. Bench accessory night. We hit triceps, shoulders and upper back. Higher reps than i normlly do though. I took my NO-Beta approx 45min prior to training and drank my CreaDyl during the workout. I felt great, plenty of energy, drive and focus. The realtest will be tomorrows workout... DEAD LIFTS!

My AM workout was a blast. My fiance and I hit the gym for a solid hour of cardio. I kept my heart rate at 120 to 140 the entire time. Hell i even ran at 8.0 for a while. Running is something BB2K does NOT like to do but I had so much damn energy i needed to spend some of it. I took 6 NO-Beta prior to my cardio and sipped on CreaDyl during cardio. By the time i finished i was ready to hit some weights.
