Good job fighting through the fatigue and getting back in the Sheiko groove, Darren.
As for the modding, I don't know much about teh secretz of mod-dom, but I've seen others who lacked time and just did what they could when they could. So I think Scott has a point.
Of course if it just starts to feel like an obligation you don't need I can understand. But if you enjoy it when you do have time, I'd think it better to have you help when you can.

Sheiko #29 - Week 2 - Session 2
A Slight Deviation!!
As the title suggests I deviated slightly from the program today. I wanted to get a good idea where my deadlift was at. It wasn't a max attempt.
Deadlift
60KG x5
80KG x3
100KG x2
120KG x1
140KG x1
150KG x1
160KG x1
170KG x1
180KG x1
190KG x1
200KG (440lbs)x1
180KG (396lbs)x3 PR!! - Some very pleasing DLing today. I'm now only 22lbs off my all time best. I plan on crushing that in about 8 weeks time. The 200kg went up quite slow. I probably had another 10kg in my, but like I said, it wasn't the plan to max out today.
Flat Bench Press
Bar x10
45KG x5
60KG x4
70KG x3
70KG x3
80KG x2
80KG x2
85KG (187lbs)x2 @80%
85KG x2
85KG x3
85KG x4
75KG x6 - Nice to do a bit of benching. It went very well.
DB Flyes
17.5KG (38lbs)x10
17.5KG x10
17.5KG x10
17.5KG x10
17.5KG x10
Supersetted with......
Band Pullaparts
Yellow
x20
x15
x15
x15
x15
Very happy with todays session. Everything felt right if you know what I mean
Next session probably won't be until Friday. Desperately looking for a house to buy that has room for a home gym
