Help from Users of INtrabolic, Torrent PLEASE!

Hi guys iam about to start a storm, intrabolic, torrent stack. basicaly what iam going to do is run half a scoop storm pre, intra during and torrent post workout. the full serving of storm on my off days. Anyways my post w/o has been myofusion protien shake, banana or fiberone bar with 1 gram flax seed oil.

My question is Am i running the stack right and do i need to ALSO take a protien shake with torrent ? because i usualy take my pwo shake at lets say 1:30 right after training and then have my actualy meal at 3 or so. Would i be taking in to much ? or should i just do torrent by itself and NO protien shake. Thanks , sorry about the confusion.

Goal: bulk.

You are and you do NOT need to take a protein shake with Torrent, it takes care of your postWO protein need.

Generally with Torrent, most people take it, immediately after workout, and then an hour later they either have a shake or more preferably a whole food meal... But the 20g of protein in Torrent post workout will fill that anabolic window...
