Super Cissus Log - CTGBLUE starting back
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...#post393525241
Been on this one week so far, started back in the gym a week ago after some minor surgery and about 3 weeks out
Definitely helping the knees for sure, no creaking in the joints during ATG squats today, only using 225, but smart enough to stay light as I come back. Hell, 135 last week made me sore for 3 days.
Will up it to 315 next week as the muscles get their memory back.
Chest Shoulders and traps tomorrow

Following. Good to see you are feeling the benefits already in the knees. This really helped with a knee injury i had and enabled me to squat again.

have to pick up 19 people tomorrow for training, so gym again on Thursday

I totally forgot to post a review on this product but I actually bought a bottle to see if it would help relieve my tore ligament under my collar bone from almost 6months ago. I swear it totally healed it. I haven't had anymore pain in my collar bone it is awesome. Good luck and hope it works for you like it did for me.

Still feeling my elbow tendonitis though as I did arms today
but this stuff is NOT a miracle drug, especially if you have that "one place" that won't seem to go away

This is true. Some areas take longer to feel benefit than others. Is the pain less whilst using the SC though?

I'd Say this stuff is sweet as far as ligaments and tendons go. Ever since I've been on it my leg never got tender as it did without it

definitely helps with the knees
did squats (light, 315) and walking lunges today (first time in months, already feel like I've been punched in the butt)
now if it only helped with DOMS
I tried some sorenzyme once, but only got one bottle, which ran out before I really saw results

Hard to tell as I'm starting back and have let it rest, "is it the rest or the SC?"
I'll know Friday when I hit arms again.

however, I strained my back and my ankle the other day, and instead of the normal 4-5 days, they were better in 2

Last two arm workouts I've done weighted dips with 115 strapped on, no elbow problems after a good warmup
