I'm gonna ask in here cause I love looking at the food lol
does this sound right?
I am 200 pounds and 5"10-5"11 and don't have much fat on me. Competed 6 weeks ago and am trying to bulk up now and have been aiming for about 3300-3500 calories per day (based on rough gauges on website calculators).
I train heavy weights at high intensity 5 times per week (1hr - 1 1/2hrs each session) and do 2-4 x 30 minute cardio per week.
I'm gaining maybe 50 or 100g per week or maybe even losing that, not really going up at all. Bit worried to up it but yet as it could just be water fluctuation?
Any input?

I don't eat out too often, because it can take a toll on your wallet and usually bring my lunch/food to work with me or just get a $5 footlong at Subway on my way home if I don't cook (lame, I know, but convenient and it's a lot of good calories for cheap).
Shake Shack (where I may go this weekend) is an NYC landmark spot and is supposed to have some the best burgers in the city - although many places claim or get that distinction. There are three locations (2 in Manhattan and one at Citi Field in Queens where the Mets play).
I mentioned the Brazilian Churrascaria (called Churrascaria Platforma) I went to a few weeks back near Times Square and that was great and a TON of food. Blockhead's is a good spot with several locations around the city for some relatively cheap Mexican grub, and $3 margaritas if that's your thing. Ruby Foo's isn't too bad for Chinese food, albeit a little expensive compared to the hole-in-the-wall shops, which can be gems if you find the right ones. A place called Ess-A-Bagel has some really solid bagels. Pizza is honestly really good no matter where you go. Dallas BBQ in Times Square is good too. Pommes Frites is a nice spot for some late night fries cravings.
I suppose I can start putting up restaurant reviews in here (along with some possible pics, if I deem it appropriate to take 'em at the time) after I go.

Fortunately, I always lurk through this topic after having my breakfast already eaten, so I don't binge after watching those wonderful pics! However, I have to finally try out some of the pancakes/brownies/crepes recipes posted by you all. Most of them look totally incredible, especially, pumpkin/cinn ones!
Greets everyone.

Banana Maple Ginger Quinoa Muffins
While I will probably try and add more vital wheat gluten next time, I think they turned out alright and to my expectations. They were rich, full of flavor, and the crystallized ginger just made them unbelievable. And I don't think they were that dense either.
Spread w/ Sunbutter Omega-3
Spread w/ honey Greek yoghurt (Greek Gods)

All you do is cut a large banana in half, stick a popsicle stick in the end, and stick it in the freezer to become frozen. You can put really anything you want on the outside of the banana from, almond butter, shredded coconut, cacao powder, etc.
From what it looks like on Rod's, it seems as though i could be Cacao Powder with possibly some coconut dashed on top or possibly splenda or stevia.

Please tell me you've been to Havana Central, Cafetasia and Rice to Riches. If not, you've got some eating to do.

For your size and activity level that is not likely going to be enough cals to bulk on. Up it to around 4k and give that a go.

More Goodies
2lbs of steel cut
Cheese FTW!!!
Don't eat pasta very often, but this should be good. Thinking like a macaroni or something another.
One of the better protein bars out there. It was pretty moist and the filling was almost comparable to a Reese's Cup.
Out of date, but still yummy.....and free.

There you go Valentine,
Ingredients:
1/2 pound chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless.
1 cup of mushrooms
1 jar/can of a mushroom souce (you can use a canned chicken broth/powderedmushroom souce instead)
1/2 cup of onions
handfuls of oregano/cayenne pepper/black pepper/sweet red pepper/chili (ofc it's all about your preferences, personally, I adore hot and spicy food that is why I chose these spices)
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp of olive oil/regular oil
1 chopped fresh parsley twig
Prepartion:
Fry the chicken in 1 tbsp of olive oil in a saucepan/wok until the meat loses its raw look. Add the sliced mushrooms, , the chopped onions and the clove of a garlic then stir to combine ingredients. After that, it's time for the souce (or your chosen equivalent) and seasonings/parsley to put into the dish. Cover the pan with a lid, heat to a simmer and continue simmering until the chicken and veggies are soft and tender. Afterwards, lift the lid let it simmer for another few minutes until the liquid in the skillet thickens slightly. Well, by this time it should be finished. Serve with rice/buckwheat/pasta/barley groats
I hope this text is understandable to you
Cheers Lady!

Yes
It has to say that on the cookie dough one because it has those cookie chunks in it as oppose to the other ones. I don't get FF icecream....fro'yo, but not icecream. StonyField makes a good pint.
