Mini Cut Results Week 2
Week 2 on the mini cut and I lost another 1.5lbs
Which brings the total to 4.5lbs in 2 weeks which is exactly what I was aiming for!
Next week its back to Bulking
Also for next week i have something that i want to try
On Sunday of next week I will be doing a Mock PL meet
3 lifts all done raw....no belt or straps and my friend will be with me so i will get vids
I want to see how well i would do with pauses
so training next week will be a deload (thanks berto) then all out on sunday!

Cardio will stay 2x per week for now...as always i rebound slow and really earn my food
on that note heres a pic i snapped quick with my fone....quality is horrible...but you can see how much thicker my upperbody got from the side...also dont mind my not shaved face
