M-drol/ Oxo 11 Cycle

I just started my M-drol/ OXO 11 Cycle.....Just want to know if it sound good and any suggestions would be awesome.

I am a DIII NCAA College Lacrosse Player.
5'6 220lb
4.86 40yd
6:30 minute 1 mile
15 minute- 2 mile

Bench Press- 225 5X5
Incline Press- 100 dumbbells 5X5
Deadlift- 315 5X5
Squat-135-3x(30-40 reps)

My goals are to lose a good amount of body fat, gain strength, and lean up more

Cycle:
1st-4 weeks M-drol(10/10/20/20)
1st-4 weeks Oxo-11(1 tab/week 2 tab/week 3 tab/week 3tab/week)
3rd -4 weeks Nolvadex-(paravol or extenze)

GNC Multivitmain sport- 2 times day
Amino 3000- two times day
Milk Thristle-two times

4-5 meals a day/ high protein/ low to moderate carb/moderate fat

I been taking m-drol at 7 am. along with oxo, I did not know if that is fine or should i take one at night or in the moring.

I been doing p90x for conditioning and a 5X5 workout 4-5 days a week. plus jump roping 10-15 minutes a day

Any suggestions would be very helpful.

P.S i did not know if I should take a fat burner if I want to lose some body fat.

Ur dosing of 11oxo is useless and u need a serm

the 11-oxo needs to be at least doubled to have any effect.

To my recall- Nolvadex AKA TAMOXIFEN CITRATE AKA A SERM which reduces estrogen in the body by binding to to receptors where the body thinks it estrogen because of its mimicing affects

Reading online helps to an extent but actually learning and researching in labs how the body works is an amazing thing.

PRE MED/ BIOLOGY major/ CHEM minor/ SEC. ED minor......

Either he edited or I was really tired but I could have sworn I read the gaspari nolvedex and not the serm. So I did read his post hence the 11-oxo comment. But thanks for the neg. You're cool

edit: op if I misread ur post I'm sorry. But about the 11oxo you'll want to do at least 3 caps a day to see any kind of results.

11OXO works really well at a lower dose to lower cortisol, hell this is all I have ever used it for, if you want something that packs a punch you are better off looking at something else instead of increasing the dose to a ridiculous amount. Combined with a Keto diet this stuff rocks


There is no way that I would stack it with MDROL, it is a waste.
I have tried a SD cycle with Formestane MCPE at the end of the cycle to dry up a bit and it went quite well.
