- Meal 3: Chicken breast with NV honey&oats
- Meal 4: 4-6 oz of lean meat, brown rice& veggies

I'm going to workout in about an hour so I'll update the weight when I get back. I've been having trouble this semester balancing school/work/gf and making time for the gym, especially since with budget cutbacks our rec is only open till ten at night, so it gets really crowded now. I finally finished a bunch of midterms so I'll be able to focus on lifting for a while. I'm planning on eating healthier and having consistent workouts.
I'm going to have my first serving in about 1/2 an hour i'll be back with the taste update.

The taste is not bad. I can taste the orange, and its a little sour. Nothing amazing but definitely drinkable. Next update will have the first workout.

Notes:
Pretty good workout. It's too early to judge a lot of the effects from fierce but I noticed a couple things. The pumps were really good, and I noticed the tingling from the beta-alanine. Endurance has been a problem for me the last couple weaks and I didn't seem to get as fatigued as usual.

So last night I had a pretty bad upset stomach a couple hours after I took the fierce. It was very similar to the experience I had with NO xplode that I made a thread about. I'm hoping that this doesn't to continue to happen because last night was awful.
Tonight I'm just planning on doing cardio so I'll have a bigger update tomorrow.

Sounds pretty on-par for what Fierce used to be; my guess is that at most, the flavoring system was changed very little, if at all... it has always been a well-tolerated flavor. As you said, nothing amazing, but it isn't unpleasant (it gets old after 3 years, trust me).

3 years? You must have been pretty happy with fierce. So far I'm about 1/2 way and would say it's been pretty average compared to other creatine/all-in-one products i've taken.
Anyways, I did cardio on sunday, workouts from monday and tuesday are on their way.
