amidoinitrite? it was my first time doing deads (gahh was on smith machine tho, my gym is crap....) same with squats, rows, its my lower back that hurts pretty sure its the muscles i was careful with the form
did 90lbs squats 5x5
140lbs dead lift
90lbs rows

yes normal, but i dont think u need a special gym to perform a deadlift specially not a smith machine, just put the Barbell in a free spot and lift it.

if your gym doesnt have a squat rack, at least snatch the bar off the bench, put it on the floor and lift it. screw the guy bench and curls dude who scowls at you. move some weight

huh, we dont have a place to deadlift in the gym, i either do it in the squat rack, or i just find a place with no benchs or no one is standing and get a BB from somewhere and do it right there!

lol deadlifts on smith? you have no barbell in your gym?
no it doesnt have a barbell/olympic bar and there is a professional "powerlifting/weightlifting" club in my town but i think you need to know someone in there to get in, its supposed to be one of the best in the country (ireland)
