Carb Max will work PERFECTLY with my next stack! I will be running an H-Drol cycle soon, and I was told to consume high glycemic carbohydrates around the dose times. I'm assuming that H-Drol works better with simple carbs. than with no carbs. at all.

Secondly, I will be running GlycerGrow during my H-Drol cycle and once again, this works better with high glycemic carbohydrates.!! So, with CarbMax I'll be getting a 2-no wait, a 3 for 1 kind-of deal.

SportPharma Carb Max

Carb Max would be very beneficial to me, it has a great ingredient profile. I would love to try this product after my workout instead of drinking gatorade all the time. I am a great choice if you are looking to see how this product works on younger adults(18 years old) because i work out 6 times a week. I am only taking creatine mono, Muscle Gauge Whey, fish oil, and Sportpharma Multi-V, so the effects will be noticeable on me. I would like to run a log on this product, or at least a review. I really think that this product would work well on me because Sportpharma is a respectable company that makes great products!

based on what i see, i most likely would use this product post training so i can get those fast acting carbs into the muscle to produce growth and recovery which is important when it comes to my intense heavy training. Also i see there is some Potassium in it which probaly would help with the muscle cramps i get an hour after training.

I also would use this as a quick carb replacement if i'm in a rush to hit the gym.

Nice labels. I could use this to replace my ON glycomaize and I can measure how this stacks up. I could do a review for sure. I would use it intra as I am with the glyco now.

How I Would Use It
I would utilize this product in a critical and optimal time - BULKING! It's growing season.
So basically I will utilize this in any and all situations where I could use more calories. In the AM, Postworkout, PM, whenever!
I also have some more XF Artic Lemonade Whey Protein and my taste buds can already taste the combination of the Whey with this Citrus flavor Carb Max as a nice "gainer"! Makes me

How it would be beneficial for me
As I alluded to above, it would be most beneficial as I am currently bulking and could use more calories in any possible situation.
Growing requires more calories, and I would benefit greatly with this blend IMO.

Also, there are occassions in which I train in the AM, and having a this carb blend/source will provide me with a nice energy source...and also in which it will be a steady energy.

I'd use Carb Max in my post workout nutrition, along with a scoop of Whey and some BCAA's + Creatine. It would be the perfect way to replenish glycogen, replace electrolytes, shuttle nutrients, hydrate, and add needed calories to my small frame! The taste would pair well with vanilla whey to make a creamsicle. This could also work well for a powerful intra workout blend when mixed with some aminos. Lastly, it would completely get rid of any need to get lesser 'sport' drinks like gatorade, which are merely HFCS.

I would use this orange treat either A.) After intense exercise at the gym, or B.) in the morning for a quick energy boost , combined with 30g oats, and 25g whey for a nice tasty quick meal. The perfect carb would give me energy to get me going and the oats would give me energy to keep me gong long term.

After exercise I would use this along with creatine to shuttle nutrients into my muscles via the waxy maize and to replenish glycogen as it bypasses the stomach, is absorbed by the intestines this is all done at a much faster rate than dex/maltodex, the d-glucose to also replenish glycogen, then maltodextrin for a moderate source of carb available for energy. Then trehalose is just icing on the cake for some added flavor while not being as sweet as sucralose.

The first thing I look at is how big is the serving size and how much of that is carbs? 20g in a 21g serving--solid carbs. Then what type of carbs? A blend of the best quick and sustained carbs out there.

I'd gladly use Carb Max any time I'm headed for a long training or can use an insulin spike: intra and post workout. These quality carbs in an intra drink fuel long workouts, and they mix with protein post workout for fast glycogen recovery.

I would use the Carb Max in combination with my whey protein post-workout, as I do not currently have a PWO drink. I would most likely maximize its uptake by taking Anabolic Pump just prior to consuming the drink.

CARB Max is great stuff as is all of SportPharma's supplements, I still continue to use multiple SP supplements and always will.. Those new lables/bottles are just awesome!!!
