Dude, yankees were by far the best team in baseball this year....no doubt about that. Yes, they have a high payrole but so do the bosox, angels, mets, and other big name teams. And with this team....alot of the reason that they did so well was because of their bullpen, other than mariano.....no big names in there.....just a bunch of solid no name cats that did the job.

I know, just a joke.... the PTI guys said the Yanks would win game 5, then Philly won, and when they said the Phillies were on top of their game and in shape to win game 6, I knew NY would win lol

I still think that Damon should've won the WS Mvp though....matsui's stats were ridiculous but the small stuff damon did made the biggest difference, and imo was the dedciding factor in that series.

Haha welcome to my life. Like college doesn't kill you enough already, then they mess up...I'm still waiting on a check for taking notes for kids with learning disabilities that I was supposed to get LAST YEAR.

Nope....basically, there are two forms of the GI Bill....ch 30 and ch 33....i'm still finishing off my ch 30, the original....the new one, ch 33....pays part of tuition while ch 30 just sends you the money. They put me down for the wrong one....so, it f*cked me over bad. But, i always save every semester for sh*t like this lol, college fin. aid mofos have turned f'ing up into a profession.

aight....well, i'm killin this log for the time being....
i'm getting a lil burnt out on posting and just want a mental break from the boards before i start prep....i'll still come back and post progress pics and give feedback on what i'm doing, as far as prep training/diet etc....but i'll be over on MD with my prep log more than likely, which starts dec. 4th. As far as who i'm working with, its been a f'ing struggle...first a guy at my gym was going to but then i found out his methods were not on hard training and proper diet but on mass drugs, so i told him to piss off. Then i looked at alex azarian....who's the man, straight up...i could've afforded him, but didn't want to, my reservation price on hiring a prep coach isn't very high....im not an expert but know how to get lean. So, Ben (semper27) is going to consult me through this prep, ben has turned into a damn good friend and has been a mentor to me with all this for the last year or so...i know alot of people will think, 'well, ben competes natty and you dont?'....getting lean is getting lean, hands down...those variables don't change AT ALL, and i don't know of many if any that can get leaner than ben can. All that changes is the ability to handle more of a workload and the body to utilize more protein, in a general sense....so, thats that. I'm sure some know-it-all douchebags that exist all over bb.com will come in and question that, which is exactly why i am tired of posting here.

I have taken the past week off from posting much, and taken almost a full week off from training.....ive decided to log here and on a seperate blog, since i have a few that have given me good support for a while on these boards.....Anyway, starting next week i'll begin prep for my show on the 27th of March, putting me at around 17-18 weeks out. Original plan was for 16 but, being ready a bit sooner won't kill anyone.....this is a redemption period for me, after busting my ass last year and pouring my heart and every ounce of energy into my prep, a family tradgedy kind of turned me elsewhere. I learned a ton regardless, and one thing i did learn for sure is that i will never ever diet on low carbs again, refeeding every 3 days from being badly depleted just doesn't make sense. Not only that but i train to damn hard. I ended my prep last year at 184lbs and in the 3-4% bodyfat range. Im now around 225 and still have abs, still have cross striations in my legs and in my delts as well. I've put on a damn good amount of size, so we'll see how this shapes up. Current macros starting out will be 300/300/60, and very light amount of cardio to start out to see how i react to the diet first off.....So, on monday, i will start this shhh up....go time.

Agreed on know it all douchebags on this site. One of the main reasons I post sparingly over here.
Anyway, on a positive note...
Let's do this! I'm scrambling hard to work out when I can get a session in. Good thing is, next semester I only have class on Tuesday and Thursday. So, I can make some trips when the funds are right. Here for support in anyway you need bro! You got this! Let's go, Let's go!

calipered at 3.86%, and no, thats not lower than most pro's get...thats about where the pros are every single time they step on stage....thats why they're pros. And what pro walks on stage at 184lbs? lol.

Thanks guys.....it was a great prep and i got very peeled which is why it was so disheartening not to be able to show it on stage.....things happen though, this year....i'll be just as lean, and AT LEAST 10lbs heavier at that leanness!

Thanks bro, no doubt id have you in my corner for sure.....well, as most show, anytime you post something impressive or non mediocre, it gets questioned...thats my issue. We'll get together whenever you're schedule allows bro.
