Chest Monday then Friday?

Am I not giving my chest enough rest if i worked it out on Monday and i want to work it out again today? It feels fine, not sore or anything!

any opinions?

do monday and thursdays so u have 3 day rest inbetween u dont need to train twice a week buh i spose it helps

I agree with the Monday and Thursday idea. That might be better.

Also, working it two times a week is a good idea. It's impossible to overtrain on a typical bodybuilding split. Personally, I would get better results if I lifted 5 days a week, lifting upper body 3 times a week and lower body two times a week.
