for bodybuilding purposes ATG doesn't seem to be absolutely necessary. as long as your quads are getting a pump and hitting the muscle fibers in the quads his depth is fine...i go ass to calves for ego reasons more than anything ha

I think the OP is doing great but should work on perfecting 315 by lowering the rep range or by lowering the weight a bit and perfecting that weight before continuing to progress. It is smart lifting naturally.
|
I agree on this . Box squats actually improved my depth a TON! If you aren't used to going lower than above parallel you don' have a mental picture in your mind as to where your body is. Box squats give you a great point of reference

Also the natural not natural nonsenses you keep pushing. Well heres a wake up call for you.
This is Op's nightmare with juice. Poor planning check, use of ph/ds check and he is currently on or was on
Weeks 1-8: Test E @ 100mg E4D (200mg/wk)
BREAK - Let ester clear after last shot
Weeks 10-13: Nolva @ 40/40/20/20
Which is just plain stupid to do? He is risking shutting down his HTPA for 200mg/wk of Test E. That is what you get when a person has no clue now how to use anabolic enhancement.
|
Good to know you can do a post search. That "cycle" was since changed. I am doing something far more effective.
Oh yeah, and thanks for the racist commments.

Look dude, before making this thread you and I have never interacted before on this forum. Why the hostility toward me? I apologize for the comment I made when I gave you the neg- that wasn't a nice thing to say by wishing injury upon you. But man, you really pissed me off because I came here humble, and willing to learn from people and the way you commented on stuff was just disrespectful.
It'd be nice if we could just drop it, and move on?
Besides man, I think we are both two well educated and decently experienced members in this game. It'd be nice if we could help each other.

I apologize as well but please don't bounce 315 on your back. Also notice how stalker shut his mouth right up.

Well you got a good back man...pretty thick and decently lean. I don't know why arguing over the internet is so fun but everyone seems to love a good scratch every now and then...lol.
Glad everything is cool now though.

Box squats are tough but when you sit down it's like a rest...you kinda sit down, gently rock for momentum and drive back up
it's a diff training technique. it gets you good too. just something to mix it up if you arent doing it for PL purposes

oh god what's next we are going to measure who has a bigger dick? I am not even going to post anything about my lifts. When I am benching 405 at least 5 times that's when I will brag. Right now I am lifiting pussy weight. So I won't brag about 315 or 355 bench press just silly.
Is this better for you hun?

haha yea man i get a little hype but really bro nice lifts keep doing it. I am now focusing on more of my cardio. i am doing free weight circuit training. i want to get my endurance up and then shift to my original way of training heavy while doing intense cardio. But that may not happen I like what i am doing now and it may **** to just staying in fighting condition. Great cardio and strength a balanced athelete that is ready for anything.

it's all good. this sport is all about improvements. goal here is 30" quads and 19" arms.
Arms and lat width are my weaknesses for sure. crushing lats but cant hit bis yet because the tendons in both feel strained or something...hurts like hell...aches to curl

not sure why i went off on a tangent. LOL
OP seriously man try box squats slow and controlled...14" box or even use a bench..anything that puts you parallel or a little below. will help with depth and the bouncing issue

I just want 20 inch arms by 2011 and at least 30 quads. My cavs seriously need work.

my quads were 22.5" in 2005 so it's possible for both of us....
calf-wise figure out if really heavy weights or more reps works for me but always remember to get a FULL stretch and squeeze

hahaha man you are just too funny. Delusional but definitely funny. Love it how you change the height difference cute. Everyone always has excuses but I just keep dishing out facts and the truth.
I would also try to bring up the arms. There bit too small for my liking.
Good luck to you.
