I did it with 65lbs, since I know my bench is pretty weak.
Time = 40:39
It was hard. But not the hardest I've done. Guess I'll need to up the weight next time. I think the hardest part about this workout is the fact that you don't rack the weight.
Also, you need to take up a bit of room.
Story time:
So I'm setting up to do my workout, and there's a squat cage right by the bench press stations. But there's a girl using the bench doing ab sh!t. Her and her friend are always there doing weird s!t, usually on the bosu balls too. So I call them the "Bosu Bitches".
Also, please note that the regular benches over by the dumbbells were available. They decided to come to the other side of the gym to use the bench press ones.
I wait until she's done her set of abs:
Me: Excuse me, do you know if anyone's using the bench next to you? (there's a bar with weight on it, but of course no sign of anyone acutally USING it)
BB: Um...I think there's a guy that's been using it on and off.
Me: Oh, ok. Can I work in with you? Or can you move over to the other bench since he's not using it right now?
BB: Um....well, actually, I'm kind of doing a couple of different exercises, and I do them right after each other.
Me: Ok...well how many sets do you have left?
BB: One. After this one. So I'll still be a bit.
Me: Alright then.
So I grab the incline bench (the one with wheels), roll it over right next to the bench, and drop it
I proceeded to start my workout
After one round she left. Phucking bitch. UGH.
You really needed to do this at like 75 or 85
Its that HARD, well it is hard, but you feel okay 30 min after. There are some workouts where you are dead for 3 days straight. For an example we have a workout called
"The Furious"
Perform @ 135/95
100 Deadlifts
90 Back Squats
80 Power Cleans
70 Jerks
60 Sumo Deadlift High-pull
50 Front Squat
40 Hang Power Cleans
30 Thrusters
20 Power Snatch
10 Overhead Squats

I will do 85 next time
And one day I'll do the "Furious".
So I was trying to decide what to do for my workout. It's a toss up between upper body, or a crossfit workout.
I will let you guys decide
Crossfit workout would be:
5 rounds for time:
20 Knees to Elbows
5 Man-Makers (25lbs)
I had to look up man-makers...
Upper body workout would just be 2 pull, 2 push exercises, 1 isolation per small muscle (for ex: bis and tris), 1 core exercise.
Ready?
Vote!!

So, I did the workout you all ('cept Finner... ) voted on.
HO. LY. PHUCK.
I give this workout a solid 8/10 on difficulty. Fight Gone Bad was a good 9.5, and that one that I couldn't even finish was a 10.
5 rounds:
20 Knees to Elbows
5 man-makers - 25lbs
Time = 34:08
I was actually quite happy with the time. I was sure I'd get over 40 minutes, lol. I remember reading on the website people getting times of like, 23 mintues. WTF. Oh, and someone had also posted that they had some ripped callouses. I was like "hmmm...really?"
Yep. Ripped callouses definitely a side effect. (I wore gloves too)
I also experienced feelings of nausea. I did one round of this sucker and wanted to quit. Luckily one of my friends was there, and she kept looking over and cheering me on. Thankfully I only used 25lbs for the man-makers. Halfway through the workout I thought...wait...what's my max shoulder press?...lol, I'm sure it's not far off from 25lbs.
Oh, and I wrote down how I was feeling too:
My bf now calls me Scarhands. And I was going to all the people I knew at the gym showing them my hands, lol. I felt so hardcore.
Needless to say, will be doing cardio for the next few days, lol.
This workout was phucking awesome.

It was. The last couple of rounds I was just hanging off the handles with my fingertips, lol. I didn't even realize that they had ripped until I took my gloves off.

My weekend was great. Friday night we took the dog out for a walk down Whyte again - no yelling at fat chicks this time.
I've found that having a dog is a lot like being pregnant. People seem to think it's okay to come up and start petting your dog without asking. Just like people seem to think it's okay to go up to a pregnant woman and start rubbing her belly.
Saturday my bff came over and we were going to work out:
Me: Hey. So...we have a few choices. We can either
A - do the stairmaster
B - do a workout that does not require me to hold on to any weights
C - go have lunch.
We went and had lunch
While we were at the mall I went into Suzy Shier and found some sexy ass stilettos. OMG...so HOT!!
AND THEY WERE ONLY $30!!!!!!!
Of course I had to buy them. I will be building my Christmas outfits around these shoes My bf's not going to like them though...they will make me about an inch taller than him, lol.
Sean asked me why I got them...uhhhhh because they were only $30!!! Silly man
Yesterday I did a quick leg workout:
LEGS
Raised bulgarian split squat
warm-up
12x10s
10x15s
7x20s
Good mornings (first time doing them)
15x20
15x30
12x40,30,20 (drop set)
Holy crap. These suckers were awesome!!! Other than the fact that I feel like I'm presenting my ass to the person behind me. Thankfully the gym was fairly empty
Leg extensions
15x60
15x90
10x120
So these are a little bittersweet. I haven't done extensions in MONTHS. The last weight I did on them was somewhere around 210. Now I've talked to my bf about them, and he warned me that I would not be able to lift the same amount of weight since it's been so long since I've done them. I was hoping for a at least 150 though
The nice part was that I have WAY more separation in my quads than before. So that made me a little happy
Leg curls (plate loaded)
12x45
12x55
6x70
DONE.
