Hey Jaime, I meant to ask you about the research that you mentioned in this post. Do you have a link that I could follow? This is something I'd like to read too.

Ello ello!
Today was good...we did some partner stretching, learned a boatload about carbs and nutrition. About a dozen people didn't show up in class today. They were celebrating the Yankees victory last night, and probably partied a little too hard...if you know what I mean. So it was a smaller class, which meant we could learn MORE, and ask more questions. Then, I got in a solid workout, had a chat with the prof about Biggest Loser (which I am upset about missing, yes...), and went home.
Our grill is finally working again (it's been broken since last Sunday), and I went out to cook with Ryan about an hour ago. I'm ecstatic! It means no more boiling my meat!! :-D We haven't had a grill for about 10 days now, and when EVERYONE is a bodybuilder, we NEED a grill. It's like Oxygen.
That's all I got for now. I'm going to study and do cardio tonight...maybe see what people are up to this evening.
Lower Body
- Highest weight only
Front Squats
- 115 x 8 PR! Second time ever doing these, I usually just opted for Zerchers.
Walking Lunges
- 25 x 12 - Ima be using the 40s soon!!!
Box Jumps on 3' high box s/s with SLDL
Stability Ball leg curls
- 25 x 12 - Ima be using the 40s soon!!!
Adductors + Abductors
AM Cardio: 15 min recumbant bike + 45 min Stepper intervals
PM Cardio: 35 min Elliptical + 30 min treadmill studying.

Ultra impressed with those front squats Jaime! I can't coordinate well enough to do them.
On the "highest set," how many warmups/ lighter sets do you typically do per exercise?

I see they've changed the interface a little. But it should work. On your Bodyspace profile, out of all the profile pics you have uploaded, select your pic and "set as main profile picture" . It usually works.

Hell yeah glad you got a grill going again. I just got my foreman... it does the work though.
To change your avi, simply click on the user cp, then on the left there should be an option to edit avatar. Just put in the link to your new pic there and play around with it. It will work.
Your welcome babe. Have a great Friday and weekend. Don't do anything I wouldnt....

Hey y'all!!!
Had a great day at school! This was the second day in a row where most of the class didn't show up (another club/party last night ) Anyway, don't know what the plan is tonight, but I'm not going out because today, we were assigned more stuff that'll be on the exam...so...ya. I have a boatload of memorizing to do....
Tomorrow, we're going to the beach again, but 3 of us girls are bringing out notes (yes, nerd...But a nerd with a solid tan ) So...pics, most likely....
Great workout today. My training partner and I just gave it out all, and PWN'd it! Next week, my partner will be the guy that I carpool to school every every day...prolly my closest friend here. But he's also a competitive bodybuilder, and we were ECSTATIC to find out we had each other! It's gonna be a gooood week!!! TGIF y'all! BE SAFE!!!

Incline
- 25 x 12 - With perfect form...so I do believe a set with 35s, perfectly, are in my future

1-arm cable row
Upright row
- 75 x 4 --> drop to 55 x 5 (75 was a PR! though)

Uhh...usually 3 for the first movement of a muscle group, and 2 for the next one (like, if I'm doing chest, my press will have 3 warm up sets, and my flyes will have 2)
