I had that problem once before. My doctor told me to go to the pharmacy and buy this bottle of clear liquid and it'll flush the system out within 24yrs. It certainly worked. Problem is I cannot remember the name of the stuff. Maybe if you ask the Pharmacist He/She might be able to help you out. Good luck

Magnesium sulfate product? I do have some of that at home... Im going in steps here, giong from milder, to mild to stronger and stronger products... I think I may have some of that tonight...

Thx babe!! I hope so too!!! I changed the diet up today : consumed 1400 cals of protein, and veggies and the remaining 900 are MSG containing foods (They usually make me go) such as roasted/salted peanuts, cold cut turkey, chicken jerky... I also ingested 5000 mg vit C. :Lets see how it goes.

10-10-8-8 (dayum)
up to 85. had a spotter only for that last frist set of 8, then I dropped back to 75. but 85 for 8 leads me to think Im getting closer and clsoer to the 100's, even if just for 2 lol
