Notes: Pretty decent bi's and tri's workout this week, very similar to last week. I ended up doing some cardio after my workout and ended up running my normal 2 miles all at once instead of taking small walking breaks in the middle. I never ran out of breath and my legs never got tired, it was quite nice

Notes: Ive been noticing pretty bad headaches about 15 minutes after taking the carnage. They always seem to go away about 15 minutes after that (30 minutes from taking them). I notice these when I am dosing both pre and post workout. Could the two be related or is this just something else?

I have never heard of this occuring, but I suppose anything is possible. What does your daily water consumption look like?

Its easily over a gallon a day. I did some research on beta alanine and couldnt find anything pertaining to headaches. No idea what its from :/

I can't comment on the headache issue as I've never experienced it with either product, however, I can comment on the awesome fact that you're continuing to bump up the weights, GREAT JOB!

we had someone on another forum run a log on these products who was in an adult b-ball league and he said the same thing. He could just run the length of the court endlessly, haha
