You can do 32.7 miles? That's pretty good (.6*.1*545)

Funny... I could ride it non-stop and end up twitching on the ground. Basically by that, I'd need to be able to do about 50 miles a day.. if I estimate about 80 miles a day for that ride - but all those rides are back to back days, so it probably throws the formula a bit.

50 is cake, especially in a group ride.. get comfortable in a peleton, a well run pele cuts 30% of drag which is pretty damn significant... I wish I could go on that, think id get bored during the rest periods though..

Well I figure if I do it, I better count on taking the full day to do the ride... faster people will get there earlier obviously. Fly yourself out to SF, ride to Los Angeles, fly from LA to home

Yeah, have to raise minimum of $3k by June. I doubt they can guarantee that, but I'd be surprised if some of it doesn't go around... it is CA after all.

damnit... bummer, does it expand the rubber with a screw and washer? you can probably pick one up cheap.. otherwise, you can reform it sometimes with something like Shoe goo, or aqua goo

pretty good. Just getting ready for work.
Hit a PR a few nights ago. Wasn't expecting to press 75s into position for bench press, let alone rep them out 3x. It felt easier than I thought.

Sorry to hear about that. I could use a vacation as well. I'm doing ok. Going through some stuff right now, but trying to keep my head on straight you know.

You're the opposite of me. It's the other way around in my house, but since I'm unemployed I don't make too much a fuss about it. Plus it gives me something to do. I just hate the real lazy stuff like leaving dirty clothes lying around, not putting your dishes in the sink, ect. I mean if you can get up and get another beer you can at least throw the old can away.
Maybe you should just let it go and see how long she can stand it. Probably hard for you to let it go, but if you do she might feel compelled to take care of it herself. Then again if she's like my spouse it will sit there for a week.
