Thanks man. I will keep checking to see if you keep posting. I am interested in trying this supplement if it maintains its effectiveness.

FWIW,

One scoop is good for me but I do get the jitters sometimes.

Didn't work as well for me 1st time but jury still out...

Ok so just got back from a week vacation. Laid off the NOxplode (which I'd taken for 2 months and liked) that week so I'd be fairly clean going into trying SP250

Took two scoops of sp250 this a.m. 30 minutes before training, and basically, didn't really feel much. Felt weaker in the gym today than I recall on the NOxplode. Maybe it was the extra caffeine in noxplode but after taking it I just want to tear the weights apart.

I guess I should keep trying the SP250 for this week and see how it goes. Anyone else have to build up to this product or did it kick your a$$ the first time?

I started with the recommended 3 scoops and have gone to 5 to see if there is a response. Unfortunately, I haven't experienced anything from it but it does taste pretty good!

It kicked my a$$ the very first time. I'm talking up to a 10% increase in weight and/or volume on all lifts.

I suspect you may have developed a tolerance to caffeine from the NOxplode and the week off was not enough recovery time, so the sp250 isn't affecting you as well as it would someone who had not burned out his system. Maybe you need to cycle off all caffeine for a while.

In my case I think it's a waste of money, I get no more "energy" than I do from a cup of coffee and no more "skin tearing pumps" than from any workout. IMO the money can be better spent on protein powder.

sp250 vs sleep

Do you guys have trouble sleeping after taking sp 250? I am almost done with my first tub and I take anywhere from 1 scoop to 1.5 scoops on work out days only. (I do get a pump from it, but do not if I lower the dose below 1 scoop). However, I end up skipping days because on the days I take it I lay awake till 2:00am in the morning. I tend to drink about 4 cups of coffee every morning, thus I would say I do have some resistance to caffenine. I am starting to think sp250 isn't worth it as sleep is much better...

whats in it? seems like a lot of that stuff is just creatine and caffeine? Maybe and amino acid.

Thumbs down SP250 for 4 days... impressions

I just finished day 4 of SP250 and unfortunately it's not doing nearly as well for me as noxplode did. I don't get near the excitement and pump and "tear the weights apart" no fear feeling from it. I even took nearly 3 scoops this a.m. to be sure. Probably the caffeine or ? But just not working as well for me.

I know many others report the opposite between these two products, and that also different people react differently to different products.

Just my experience thus far so, as always, YMMV...

Basically. Not much creatine.. I called Gaspari before I started taking it to make sure it wouldn't interfere with my other creatine sups and they told me that "there was so little that it would not affect my other creatine routine"... He wouldn't give me the exact amount but was very quick to say that it didn't replace your regular daily recommended dosage of creatine.

Yes, it totally screws up my sleep even if I take it (1 scoop) 8 hrs before I go to bed. then I feel like crap the next day. this product is just not for me.

Yep.. I haven't tried it with food yet. All 4 days empty stomach, 7 AM taken, workout starts @ 7:35... I also noticed that right about now (1 PM EST) 6 hours later, I'm feeling kinda cloudy & a little drained.

Thumbs down superdump250

I know everbody responds different to supps.........

But since you asking...........

I can take a whole tub of superpump250 and lay down and go to sleep. The stuff does nothing for me......nothingwhatsoever.........

unless you count the chits.........

If I want a pump.......all I gotta do is keep my diet/rest/training in check.........but I don't really chase the pump even though I always seem to leave the gym with a good pump anyways..........some better than others.......

I have tried many pre-workout formulas and like MRI Black Powder the best.

I don't use em for the pump, just the boost of energy. On my schedule they help alot.

the poorman's version would be-L-arginine akg, l-citrulline, vit. c and b12.

i'm taking plazmosis right now. the energy is good making me push myself harder each w/o. in addition to the above.

Sp

This is my favorite pre workout supplement too. I haven't noticed any tolerance over time, and I still use 2 scoops. BTW I purchased Grape Cooler flavor just to try it, and it is GOOD.

sp250 tablets

I took the sample tablets and it did give me some extra energy. Will the powder work any better than the tablets? I prefer that tablets for convienence.
Thanks

super pump does not come in tablet form. you must be thinking of size on. these are two different supps

My mistake, it was White Flood tablets, they came with the sp250 sample.
