I'm at kingston uni atm.. after 3 gap years.. having an awesome time!
Had such a messy week, in 2 days I went through 2 1/2 litres of vodka and nearly got taken to hospital! haha.
Trainings ok, I've got free gym membership through the talented athelete scheme, but I've lost some weight as I've been ill... so I'm going to clean bulk and get my strength back up.
Up for visitng for a messy night out?

Afternoon all,
Damn my hamstrings are burning from my leg day.
Leg extensions, Hamstring curls, Machine squats and squats.
For my squats I went light and managed 3 sets of 10 reps with a couple of 45's on the bar.

last week I got 80x3 bench, this week I failed at it  , I'm thinking of rolling back my bench weight so I do 75x5 on mon then work my way back up to 80 over 2-3 weeks.
row: got 70x3 today (should I use a belt for last set of bo row too?)
I've started using a belt for last set squat,
got 90x3 today
So monday's final sets will be:
Squat: 90x5
Bench: 75x5
Row: 70x5
and on Wed: Dead: 110x5 (attempt)
also... Chalk ****ing rules!!

Nice and sore today
Gym was empty when i went earlier, although i went later than usual and was stuck on the bus with all the school kid retards.
I dont know how most of you prefer evening workouts. I dont mind doing cardio in the evening, but for a heavy workout, i like to get it done in the morning.

I have no concept of what the morning is. I never get to workout before 1 because I have to wait 2 hours after eating before lifting and I never get up before 10 unless for lectures. Makes no difference whether it's afternoon or evening for me.

No wayyy, morning is worst for me, I get up late so I'm usually best around 2-4.

I love a Friday night workout... gym is dead! Any other weekday evening though.. as you know.. it's packed to the rafters and would hate it!
Looks like I'll be changing gym this time next year (probs to my work's gym) as Pru Health are changing their gym deal. You no longer get rewarded for reaching platinum vitality status and having virtually free gym membership.. they will now be offering everyone 25% discount off the listed full price membership regardless of vitality status. Sux!
Cats are now castrated... back at home wondering why there's nothing swinging between their legs anymore.

I think you should give it a go after the comp cos you need to do a 4 week "deload" phase to get used to the program so that you don't stall

Apart from mondays the latest i workout at is around 12 or 1. Would actually prefer to hit the gym a lot earlier, but i tend to sleep in a bit myself.

Yeh it was quite dead when i was there. Surprising how many people ditch going to the gym on a Friday.
