I was told by my friend that you can get manboobs from eating too much yogurt.

pretty sure man boobs are only genetic unless your just fat in general. i eat about 3 cups of yogurt a day, havent had a problem yet

Does he understand that correlation does not imply causation? Why on earth would eating yogurt give you "moobs"?

This doesn't really prove anything, but I eat greek yogurt almost every day and I'm pretty sure I'm moob-less.

Haha, Soy does not do that at all. It's just a myth that it raises estrogen levels, even if it did, it would do it to a degree where it isn't even noticeable.
