any reason why on deads today, i got 475x4, (deload=over), then got a bit more all of halfway?

sorry, i meant that i put on like 495 which i believe i've gotten before for a few (all of this was sumo) sumo style, and i got it up halfway, and got my ass whipped
usually if i could do 475x4, i should be albe to get like mid-low 5's, do you think i was just tired?

I usually only have one balls to the walls set of deadlifts in me, then I just start sucking. If you're at all similar, the 475x4 set probably just took it out of you.

So I need to change my form in squats for my change in leverages - any suggestions? After losing weight I cant dive bomb like I used to or bounce (I kinda squat olympic best, more like femir lambrionidis only im a pussy and would be gifted to have my name in the same sentence). I normally squat best pretty narrow stance but I dont wanna way overdevelop my quads and have no capacity to control descent

i did my first meet in june- my bench was the lowest of any man's- i lifted between two chicks. one raw and one in a shirt. everyone pulled for me anyway, and i had a good time. my deadlift was decent, but half of the people that were lifting only did the bench instead of push/pull. it's addicting- i'm planning 3 next year.

one thing that sucks about lifting, is pooping. like, if you're over at someones house who has the ****tiest fkin toilet known to man, but it doesnt clog up for anyone else cuz they dont eat/poop as much as you or as big....... but it clogs up for you every time. then you hold your ****, and decide wether or not to do it.

Yes dude, when i came home for the summer i had to flush like 3 times in one poop to make sure it didn't clog and overflow. It clogged and overflowed atleast like 3 times.
