45, 10 pounds less than what the program ed coan wrote out for dave philippi if i'm mistaken. still gonna be pushing it.
i put it at starting max 360 desired max 405, with the 360 being about a month old.

right there bro, just plug in current and desired max into the calculator and it'll draw it out for you (rounded of course)

Why is your dead so much higher than your squat? I can out squat you but you lift a good 45 lbs more on deads than I can.

my squat stats are old, but even if i was to max on squats it'd be a good amount lower than my deadlift.
i had a running season, and my coach monitored my weightlifting and he made me do only low intensity squats (like a billion reps per set with like 80 pounds). it was about 6 months of that before i could bring up the weight again.

that's just telling you what the calculator did, ignore it. just focus on the weights and the exercises.
and btw, the circut is what is BELLOW the circut, not for the speed deadlifts. that confused me and i ended up doing 3 circuts of speeds one time and it suckedddd.

Still confused I am very
Okay so if it says:
Week 1
Deadlift (75%): 1x2 @ 225 lbs
Speed deadlift (60%): 8x3 @ 180 lbs (90 sec rest b/w sets)
3 circuits (rest 90sec between exercises, 2-3 minutes between circuits):
Stiff-leg deadlift: 8 reps
Bent over row: 8 reps
Underhand (reverse) grip lat pulldown: 8 reps
Arched back good morning: 8 reps
What am I supposed to do?

regular deadlift 2 reps at 225
then speed deadlift (name says it all) 8 sets of 3 reps at 180 pounds
then do three circuts of the following at weights you feel would push yourself:
8 stiff legged deads
8 bent over rows
8 underhand grip lat pulldowns
8 arched back good mornings

Oh good that means I don't have to do the lat pulldowns, since I don't have equipment for it
Any weight for the circuits right?
Thanks
...guessing 200lb to 300lb in 10 weeks is a bit too much
Edit - This is bugged no matter what my current max is, as long as my desired max is 300lb, the workout is always the same weight

Alright alright last questions I promise
By 3 circuits...do you mean...3 sets
And how do you schedule your other workouts around this? (Do you schedule it like a split, with this as a back day or something?)
