Yo bro, havent trained with you in a while. I got back in the gym monday and did chest, it sucked man, only could get like 85lb dumbells on incline for 10 when I used to do like 95s for 8-10. Oh well, it'l come back. I couldnt get there to do back today at 6 so I trained at Anytime with some friends and it went well. I will be there friday for sure. I NEED A CAR!

Yeah, I dont know if you've heard of Jamer Jay from this site, but he's got like 6.5 inch wrists and 17.5 inch arms and they serisouly look like theyre 19.5-20 inches just because of how small his joints are, its sick.
