Triceps like...trembling day after workout?

I started a new workout, and I only did shoulders and triceps one day. I hit my triceps particularly hard, with a lot more volume than I'm used to. The next day during class, I would be sitting in class and they would just be like, shaking or trembling. I dunno how to explain it. If you looked at them closely you could see that they were shaking. Is this normal a whole day after workouts?

muscle spazzin out...drink more water..my triceps use to do it also

Dont push yourself too hard... Ya you wanna build streanth but if you tear something and its kinda counterintuitive.
