Me shrugging 405 tonight.
Just wanted to see what I looked like. I suffer from that problem where you look in the mirror and not see what eveyone else sees. Anyone one else get that way? Anyway just wanted to see thought I would share it with my brothers.
I'm open to any comments ( so turn the flame throwers on)
also I was a little worn out , I started with 135 x 25 , 225x 20 , 315 x 15 then 405 x 5 times. Then strip each plate off and work my way down.
My stats are 205 pounds at 5'10 and around 7-8 % bf but I think it's much higher. Some gym trainer used the calipers on me last week and came up with those numbers.

You look decently big. Id say you are closer to 12% bodyfat. 8 is absolutely shredded. By the way you are gonna get flamed to hell for posting a shrug video. Good work on the physique though.

I dunno what the rest of your legs look like, but def work on those calves brah. No hate, my calves are lagging too, I just recently started to hit them hard.
