Does 2 + 2 = 4, or does it equal 22?
Is the glass half empty, or half full?
Do you eat babies for the sweetness more so than the protein?
and, how much wood could a wood chuck chuck, if a wood chuck could chuck wood?

ok two questoins,
i'm currently on a 'clean' bulk and i want to retain as much as my visable abs as possible.. would eating cheese be a good idea? or should i stay away from cheese in general (parmasean and chedder mainly)
and second question... what should i eat before going to bed? i dont have the money for a whey/casseine shake so could i eat cottage cheese? and how much should i eat(cottage cheese)? (jeez that was like 3q in 1 haha)

Certain foods aren't going to make you fatter than others. The amount of calories you take in is what predicts fat gain.
Cheese is okay.
Cottage Cheese is more than fine. It is one of the most nutrient dense foods out there.

This will take a sh't load of time... but okay..
I'll take a 5 day split and add the fst-7.
Day 1: Flat BB 5 sets, Incline BB 4 sets, Incline flys 3 sets, Cable crossovers 3 sets, Close grip bench press 4 sets, Skullcrushers 3 sets, Rope pushdowns 3 sets. Incline flyes 7 sets with 30secs rest inbetween, Overhead tri extensions 7sets with 30secs rest inbetween.
In bold, this can and should only be used on lagging bodyparts to bring them up.
This, in theory, will stretch the muscle fascia and leave potential for growth.

I like this because of the extreme pumps and fatigue you get from it. I have seen nothing but results from it.
Serge Nubret: From Jaxxed
"Thrus - BB curl supersetted with Triceps pushdowns 16 x 12 (yes that is 16 sets of 12 reps) with NO rest inbetween sets, Machine curls supersetted with Overhead DB extension 16 x 12 with NO rest."
This is insane. Major hardcore. Only advanced lifters should touch this. You seriously need to eat a sh't load more than ever to keep up with this program.

Musculardevelopment .com
Musculardevelopment magazine (be careful what you read... a lot of stuff is just trying to sell you on an Idea or Supplement so they can make $)
I read a lot of doctor's books (anatomy and physiology) and research like crazy. I ask people lots of questions who have respectable knowledge. I love doing it.
I know a lot about the human body. I enjoy learning about it more than i enjoy learning about nutrition.

I take adderall daily and it curbs my hunger to the point where, if I eat, I feel ill. What do I do about maintaining a healthy diet with this medicine?

Yeah I take it every morning after I eat breakfast and until about 4ish I will get sick if I eat. I pretty much just stick to grazing/eating small snacks until then.
EDIT - For people with ADHD (me) it regulates the chemicals in my brain to help me concentrate and focus better. For people that don't have ADHD... its medicinal speed haha.
